How to prepare “Cauliflower and Corn Salad”

Finely chop the cabbage.

Place in a bowl and grind with a few pinches of salt.

Open the corn, drain the juice and pour the kernels into the bowl with the cabbage.

Peel the onion and cut into thin half rings.

Squeeze the juice from half a lemon and marinate the onion in it for a few minutes.

Wash the greens, dry and chop with a knife.

Ingredients:

  • 200 g crab sticks
  • 300 g Chinese cabbage
  • 2 tomatoes

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cloves garlic
