5. Then add salt and pepper to taste.

7. Mix mushrooms and onions with sour cream and simmer for 30 seconds. Remove the pan from the heat immediately.

Required:
- Puff yeast dough - 500 g
- Champignons – 400 g
- Fresh dill - bunch
- Onion - 1 pc.
- Boiled potatoes - 3 pcs.
- Hard cheese - 100 g
- Eggs - 2 pcs.

1. Wash the mushrooms and cut into slices or quarters. Then heat a frying pan with vegetable oil to fry the mushrooms until the liquid has completely evaporated.

3. Add a little more vegetable oil to the mushrooms in the pan and add chopped onions. Stir.

10. Roll out the defrosted dough and cut into 6 pieces.
11. Break the second egg into a bowl, whisk with a fork to brush half the square from the corner side with a brush.

13. Roll the dough with mushrooms into a ball so that the egg-battered side is on top.

1. First of all, let's prepare all the products. We peel the onions and rinse them under running water. Cut the chicken breast fillet into small cubes. Finely chop the onion and fry in vegetable oil in a heated frying pan until transparent.
2. Add mushrooms to the onions. First, the mushrooms must be boiled until almost done. Add chopped chicken pieces to the frying pan with the onions and mushrooms, mix everything well.
3. In another frying pan, melt the butter. Add wheat flour to the melted butter and mix everything vigorously.
