    1. Pour 240-260 ml of warm milk into a deep bowl.

    4. Let the mixture sit for about 10-15 minutes.

    5. In a separate capacious container in which we will knead the dough, sift 780-800 g of flour through a fine sieve.

    6. Add two pinches of salt, 40-45 g of sugar and 18-20 g of potato starch to the flour mixture.

    7. Mix the dry ingredients, then put 240-250 ml of mayonnaise in the same bowl.

    8. Then pour the infused milk with yeast on top of the mayonnaise.

    9. First, knead the dough using a long wooden spoon, and then put it on the table and continue kneading by hand. The dough kneading process will take approximately 7-10 minutes. The mass should acquire a uniform dense consistency, become elastic and not stick to your hands.

    10. Grease a deep glass bowl with 8-10 ml of vegetable oil and place the prepared dough into it.

    11. Cover the mixture tightly with cling film. Using a knife or toothpick, make 6-8 holes on the surface of the film.

    12. We send the dough to proof in a warm place without any drafts for 1.5-2 hours or put it in the refrigerator overnight. We lightly knead the suitable base with our hands and form a pizza blank from it.

    4. Pour 480-500 ml of milk into a saucepan and heat it until warm. Pour warm milk into the bowl with the flour mixture and mix everything thoroughly until the lumps of flour completely disappear.

    5. Cover the dough with cling film, then place it in a warm place without any drafts for about 20-30 minutes. The dough should at least double in size.
    6. Break three chicken eggs into a separate bowl and beat them a little with a whisk.

    7. Add 40-50 ml of mayonnaise and 95-110 ml of vegetable oil there. Thoroughly beat the resulting mixture until a liquid, homogeneous consistency is obtained.

    8. Pour the prepared mixture into a bowl with the suitable dough and mix everything.
