Ingredients:

  • 650 ml. milk
  • 4 yolks

  • 50 gr. corn starch

  • 20 gr. powdered sugar or sugar for cream

Preparation:

  1. Prepare the custard. We divide the eggs into whites and yolks; we only need the yolks.
  2. Pour milk into a saucepan and bring to a boil.
  3. Beat the yolks with sugar and a pinch of salt, add cornstarch and mix as well.
  4. Pour the milk into the yolks in parts and stir continuously. Then pour this mixture back into the saucepan, put it on low heat and, with constant stirring, bring the cream until it thickens. Remove from heat and add butter, stir.
  5. Transfer to a bowl, cool to room temperature, cover with cling film in contact and put in the refrigerator for about an hour, the mass should cool down.
  6. Beat the cream with powdered sugar until a thick, stable mass; after the mass has cooled, combine both mixtures.
  7. Let's collect dessert. We put cookies in the mold (you can take store-bought ones or make them yourself), bananas and a layer of cream, then again cookies, bananas and cream, etc., the number of layers depends on your mold.
  8. Place the dessert in the refrigerator for at least 3-4 hours, preferably overnight, so that it soaks well.

Banana pie with chocolate and nuts

Very beautiful, tasty and satisfying!

You will need:
3 bananas, 2.5 cups flour, 0.5 tsp.
salt, 150 g butter, 1 tsp. soda, 1 cup sugar, 2 eggs, 0.7 cups yogurt, 120 g chocolate, 130 g nuts, 0.5 tsp. cinnamon. Preparation:

1. Grind the bananas in a blender and separately beat the butter with 3/4 cup of sugar. Add eggs to the butter, and finally combine both mixtures with yogurt. 2. 1 banana, 1 zucchini, 0.5 cup chopped chocolate, 2 eggs, 0.5 cup vegetable oil, 2 cups flour, 1/4 cup cocoa, 2 tsp.
baking powder, 3/4 cup sugar, 1/3 cup milk. Preparation:

1. Mix flour, baking powder, cocoa and a pinch of salt, and make a small well in the center. 2. Beat eggs with sugar, milk and butter. Add grated zucchini and banana puree there, and place this mixture in flour. 3. Knead the dough, add chocolate, place in a mold and bake in the oven for 25 minutes at 180 degrees.
