How do you feel about pizza? I love her, but in moderation. But the kids just love it! All you have to do is whisper this word and that’s it, watch out for your ears. There is shouting, squealing and squealing in the house from their preferences and delight.
I would like to thank the creator of such a wonderful dish. After all, it sometimes replaces lunch or dinner. Yes, I know that it’s harmful to eat it yourself. And it's not good for children. But sometimes you get so lazy to cook something normal.
Basically, most people order it in stores and cafes with delivery. And it's convenient. Delivered directly to work and home to your doorstep. But how many of you know what products are used in production? How clean is it there and do they wear gloves?
Most likely you will also answer: “No!” So the idea arises of making this delicacy yourself. This is certainly troublesome. But the volume is much larger and you spend less money.
We have already learned how to make pizza. In this article I would like to pay attention to several of my favorite recipes that our family often uses. I hope you find something useful for yourself in them.
A simple recipe for pizza with sausage, tomatoes and cheese at home
If you have sausage and cheese slices left in your refrigerator after the holidays, then it’s time to use them on pizza. And we will prepare fluffy, soft flatbreads using yeast dough without eggs and water.
We will need:
for 4 servings
For filling:
- sausage - 100 g
- ham - 100 g
- fresh peeled tomatoes - 500 g
- grated cheese - 150 g
- olive oil - 2 tbsp. l.
- tomato paste - 2 tbsp. l.
- salt pepper
for test:
- flour - 500 g
- water – 250 ml
- yeast - 30 g
- salt - 1/2 tsp.
Preparation:
Let's start by preparing a quick yeast dough. Sift the flour into a large bowl, add salt and mix dry. Dissolve the yeast in a glass of warm water and pour it into the flour.
First knead in a bowl, then put it on a table sprinkled with flour and continue kneading. After some time it will become elastic.
Divide into four equal pieces, place on a baking sheet sprinkled with semolina, cover with a damp towel on top and leave for 40-60 minutes.
During this time, the dough will rise and double in size. After this, we knead it again and stretch it into flat cakes, leaving a low border along the edge. Lubricate the surface with olive oil.
Cut the sausage and ham into small equal pieces. You can put any sausages, the main thing is that they are of high quality and fresh.
Peel fresh tomatoes, remove the seeds and cut into thin half rings. Canned tomatoes or tomatoes in their own juice can be used well.
We grate the cheese on a coarse grater, this is a mandatory ingredient. Traditional recipes call for Parmesan, Ricotta, Pecarino and Mozzarella cheeses.
Coat the flatbread with a layer of tomato sauce (ketchup), and draw a thin grid of mayonnaise on top.
Lay out slices of sausage and ham and tomatoes on them. A layer of cheese on top. Drizzle with olive oil. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Bake in a well-heated oven. She only needs 20 minutes for the dough to brown and the cheese to melt.
Top with capers, olives and olives. Fresh herbs that work well include: marjoram, mint, basil, thyme, parsley.

Preparation:
Cut all the products that will go into the filling into thin slices.
Fry the mushrooms in a mixture of vegetable and butter, add salt and pepper.
Roll out the finished dough on food paper into a thin round cake, spread tomato sauce on top and sprinkle with a small amount of olive oil.
On the prepared flatbread we lay out layers of balyk with cervelat, fried mushrooms, tomatoes, and bell peppers. Don't forget to add salt and pepper and finely chopped basil. Cover the top with a generous layer of cheese.
The pizza topping will not darken and will remain juicy if you drizzle it with olive oil before baking.
Place the baking sheet in the oven preheated to 200 degrees for 20 minutes.

And finally, let's talk about pizza, which is not very popular in Russia, but also appeals to many people.
Japanese pizza, or Okonomiyaki, only vaguely resembles pizza in the classical sense. Otherwise, this is a completely different dish, the main ingredients of which are cabbage, egg, flour and bacon.
Okonomiyaki does not have a specific recipe, and even the word itself means “something you like to fry” in Japanese.
In addition to those listed above, there are hundreds of other pizza options. This dish can be called almost universal, because absolutely anyone will find their own ideal pizza.

Making pizza from ready-made dough with homemade ketchup is very quick and easy, even a child can do it.

300 g pizza dough
- 200 g pickled cucumbers
- 100-150 g half-smoked sausage
- 50 g Parmesan cheese
- 130 g mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp. l. tomato sauce with paprika
- 2 tsp. finely chopped basil
- salt, ground black pepper
- 2 tbsp. l. olive oil
Preparation:
- Lay baking paper on the work surface of the table, roll out a round pizza base on it, and form sides along the edge.
- Cut all ingredients into small pieces, preferably the same shape.
- Grease the dough with tomato sauce and pour olive oil.
- Evenly arrange the chopped sausage, cucumbers, and large pieces of mozzarella. Salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle with herbs and sprinkle with grated cheese on top. Sprinkle with olive oil.

Preparation:
Prepare a soft batter. Pour flour, salt, soda into a bowl and mix. Add kefir, sour cream, eggs, olive oil.
Stir the dough until smooth; do not knead it too much. Place on a greased frying pan. We adjust the thickness of the cake ourselves. Fry on both sides until crusty.
We cut salami and champignons into thin slices, olives into rings, tomatoes into medium slices. Three cheese on a fine grater. Pre-fry the mushrooms with onions.
Grease the crust with a mixture of olive oil, tomato sauce and mustard. Spread the prepared filling evenly in layers and sprinkle with chopped herbs. Cover the pan with a lid and simmer the pizza over low heat until the cheese melts. It turns out thick, juicy and fragrant, just like in a pizzeria.
Serve slightly chilled. While chatting with friends, eating such a piece of pizza with a glass of wine is a pleasure.
