  • powdered sugar – 200 g;
  • drain butter – 25 grams.

  2. Place on a small burner and stir constantly. It is necessary to ensure the dissolution of all products.

  4. After ten minutes, place the condensed milk along with the pan in a container with cold water. This way it will cool down faster.

  5. Pour the warm condensed milk into a container convenient for storage and put it in the refrigerator.

  • 200 g milk powder;
  • 1 glass of whole milk;
  • 200 g granulated sugar.

Cooking time – 5 + 10 minutes.

  1. Mix sand and powdered milk.
  2. Pour drinking milk into a bowl and gradually add the mixture of sugar and milk. Stir so that there are no lumps.

  • milk 200 ml (whole milk, ideally homemade)
  • sugar 200 g (ideally powdered sugar)
  • butter 1 tsp.

I don’t advise you to be strictly tied to time, it doesn’t work, I tested it on myself. Just be careful about the milk after five minutes of boiling. The mass should not become thick. Remove from heat and leave to cool. Literally before our eyes the mass will thicken. In the refrigerator the condensed milk will become even thicker. From the specified amount of ingredients of the finished product, you end up with about 200 ml. With such condensed milk it will be very tasty to taste pancakes, and it can also be used for all kinds of baking and for making cream.   6. It is better to use powder rather than granulated sugar. Then the components will dissolve faster, and the condensed milk will also cook faster.
  7. If you add a little starch to the powdered sugar, the consistency of the condensed milk will be smoother.
  8. To make “varenka”, that is, boiled condensed milk, you need to pour the finished condensed milk into a jar and place it in a pan of water. As soon as it boils, leave to cook for 2 hours. Voila!
  9. Do not open (.) or remove the boiled condensed milk until the water and the condensed milk itself have cooled completely. The can may explode. This is already a risk of getting burns.
