The cooking process includes several stages:

  1. The chicken fillet must be washed, dried, and then cut exactly in half horizontally. Next, you need to beat off pieces of the bird on both sides. The result should be slices approximately ½ cm thick.
  2. The next step is to prepare the marinade for the poultry. To do this, pour vegetable oil (about 1/3 cup) into a bowl, add salt, pepper, chopped garlic, Mediterranean herbs, chopped parsley.
