Recipe for pancakes without sugar using kefir. Calorie, chemical composition and nutritional value.

Pancakes are baked with kefir and milk. Earlier I already talked about preparing this dish by adding milk to the dough, now let’s talk about another option - cooking pancakes with a fermented milk product.

The last option is somewhat different from the previous one, made with milk, but no worse than it. Using kefir, the treat turns out lush, rosy, airy, tender and incredibly aromatic, reminiscent of the taste of “grandmother’s” pancakes.

Well, now a few of my favorite recipes for making kefir pancakes of different consistency.

Recipe for thin pancakes with soda

In this recipe we add soda, it gives porosity and fluffiness to our products. If you have a sweet tooth, you can increase the amount of sugar to suit your taste. It is not advisable to increase the number of eggs; the fewer there are, the softer and spongier they will be.

Ingredients:

  • 500 ml. kefir (not fatty)
  • 150 gr. flour flour
  • 1 tbsp. l. sugar (to taste)
  • 1/3 tsp. salt
  • 1/3 tsp. soda
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp. l. vegetable oil
  • ½ tbsp. boiling water

Cooking method:

We take the products out of the refrigerator in advance and leave them to warm to room temperature. Next, take a clean and convenient bowl. Break an egg into it. Lightly break it up with a whisk. Continuing to beat, pour in the fermented milk drink, then salt and sugar. Then add the sifted flour in parts. Beat the dough thoroughly until smooth so that there are no lumps.

Next, take boiling water, pour soda into it and stir it in the water with quick circular movements. After this, pour the hot liquid into a bowl with the contents. Mix the mass well. The dough immediately became liquid and without lumps. But if suddenly it was not possible to immediately achieve a homogeneous state, it’s okay. Let the mixture sit for 7-10 minutes and they will completely disappear. After the specified time, add vegetable oil to the mixture and shake our mixture vigorously again. Next, we begin to fry our suns in a heated frying pan, greased. Pour the dough into a convenient ladle, then spread it evenly over the surface using circular movements. Turn the baked goods over only when the top side becomes prickly and matte (25-35 seconds).

Bon appetit.

Recipe for pancakes mixed with kefir and vodka

These pancakes are very easy to bake, they turn out thin, but the best thing here is that they don’t tear when turned over in a frying pan and any filling is wrapped very well in them. They will somehow be stronger.

You will need to take for preparation:

  • 0.5 kefir (preferably low-fat).
  • One chicken egg.
  • Three tablespoons of sugar without a slide.
  • One teaspoon of soda.
  • Three spoons of any vodka (you can use tequila).
  • 100 ml. boiling water
  • 1.5 cups premium flour.
  • 1-1.5 tablespoons of oil.

How to cook simple pancakes with vodka step by step

Before cooking, place kefir in the room for an hour or two; this product should not be cold.

Add an egg, sugar to the fermented milk ingredient, if you need a little salt to your taste, mix everything until the composition is homogeneous.

Sift the flour and add it to the rest of the ingredients. Beat everything with a mixer or spoon (whisk) until all lumps disappear.

Add soda and vodka to the ingredients in the bowl, mix and immediately pour in a spoonful of melted butter or vegetable oil, it makes no difference. Let the baking mixture stand in the room for about twenty minutes, and, if possible, place it in a warmer place for this time, for example, on a radiator.

While the frying pan, greased with any fat, is heating up, mix your mixture again and start baking pancakes. You shouldn’t take a lot of dough for baking pancakes; remember, the thinner the layer, the thinner your pancakes will be.

Serve the dish with sour cream, jam, preserves, condensed milk or just with tea.

Yeast pancakes with kefir

These pancakes are thicker than pancakes, have an incredibly delicate taste, and just melt in your mouth. Perfect for breakfast or afternoon snack.

Pancake ingredients:

  • Yogurt (kefir) – 1.5 cups.
  • White flour - glass.
  • Sugar to taste can be replaced with condensed milk in this recipe.
  • Dry yeast - a teaspoon (20 g bag).
  • Eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Butter and vegetable oil.

How to cook fluffy pancakes with kefir

1. Pour a packet of yeast, sugar into the sifted flour and pour in a glass of warm sour milk (you can use homemade yogurt). Mix all these ingredients.

On a note! Try not to add a lot of sugar to pancakes, as they will burn during baking; it is better to serve the treat with sweet additives, for example, honey. It will be able to compensate for your lack of sweetness.

2. When all the lumps are crushed, add the remaining kefir to the mixture and beat your dough again, not too intensely. Cover the bowl with a damp kitchen towel and leave your baking mixture to ferment for about forty minutes.

3. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, adding a pinch of salt. Next, all that remains is to pour it all into the fermented batch, add butter, stir and wait a few more minutes.

4. After some time, you can start frying pancakes. They are baked in a heated greased frying pan. Depending on its diameter, you should pour no more than one small ladle into the pan. The baking layer should be thin, one might say translucent.

If you pour in a lot of dough, you will end up with just big pancakes, but this, it is worth saying, is not bad at all and is very tasty.

The treat is served hot.
