The oven should also be turned on at 180°C in advance.

- Beat eggs with sugar until fluffy snow-white foam.
- Melted butter in a water bath or in the microwave is added to the resulting mass, and the ingredients are again beaten with a mixer.
- The soda, quenched with vinegar, is sent into the liquid mixture along with the flour. The last ingredient is poured in small portions.
- The thoroughly mixed mass is sent into a greased form, after which strawberries are laid out on top. You can pre-cut them into several parts.
- The pie is cooked in a well-heated oven for approximately 35 minutes. For such baking, 180 degrees is always enough.

In winter, the lack of fresh fruits and berries can easily be replaced by jam made in the summer.
To prepare it, take:
- large eggs – 3 pcs.;
- fine flour – 300 g;
- strawberry jam – 300 g;
- granulated sugar – 100 g;
- chemical baking powder - 1 tsp;
- sour cream 30% fat - 2 tbsp. l.;
- iodized salt – 1/4 tsp.
Starting to cook charlotte with strawberry jam, turn on the oven to 200˚C.
While it is heating up, perform the following operations:
- Beat the eggs with sugar until completely dissolved using a mixer. A lush foam forms.
- Mix flour with baking powder, add to the mixture, stirring constantly. Add 2 tablespoons of sour cream.

If you’re short on time or don’t want to separately beat the whites and yolks for charlotte with strawberries, then you can prepare a quick version of such baking. Despite the simplification of some processes, a quick-cooked charlotte will still turn out aromatic and tasty. In general, this ordinary charlotte is a suitable dish for a soulful home tea party.
For a regular charlotte you need: a glass of flour, 140 g of sugar, about 60 g of good butter, 3 fresh eggs. You should also hurry up and look for or make powdered sugar, which we will use as a powder. Also find a handful of strawberries and half a spoon of (tea) soda. Since soda needs to be quenched with vinegar, take care of that too.
Beat eggs and sugar. You should get white fluffy foam. Add melted butter to it and use the mixer again. Then slaked soda with vinegar goes into the egg mass, and then sifted flour is poured in and everything is mixed.

- strawberries, preferably fresh – 200 g;
- fine flour – 200 g;
- granulated sugar – 200 g;

- starch – 50 g;
- vanillin - to taste;
- cinnamon - to taste;
- iodized salt – 1/4 tsp.
Cooking charlotte with strawberries and apples begins the same way, with preparatory steps:
- Remove the stems from the berries, rinse and let the water drain. Large ones - divide into slices;
- Peel the washed apples: remove the core and seeds. Cut into thin slices;
- Turn on the oven at 170°C;
- Prepare a baking sheet or baking dish: place parchment on the bottom or generously coat it with butter and sprinkle with flour.

Charlotte with strawberries on kefir
We will learn how to cook charlotte with strawberries using kefir. This charlotte recipe is as simple as the previous one, so there should be no difficulties in preparing this strawberry pie.
To make charlotte for a family of four, you will need: 80 g of butter, 300 ml of kefir, a small spoon of soda, a little less than a glass of sugar, flour (3 tbsp.). You also need to get 3 chicken eggs and 250 g of fresh strawberries.
Kefir and butter are added to eggs beaten with sugar. Add a spoonful of slaked soda to the mixture and, after stirring the mass, add flour. The thick dough is poured into a mold lined with parchment.
