    1. Peel the apples, cut into small cubes or slices, sprinkle with ground cinnamon. Stir, then add 1 tbsp. l. flour and mix again.
    2. In a separate container, mix kefir, 2 eggs, add vanilla and beat with a whisk, fork or mixer until smooth.
    3. Sift the remaining flour through a sieve, add to the mixture, add soda. Knead until the flour lumps disappear.
    4. Pour the fruit mixture into the dough, mix gently and thoroughly.
    5. Grease a baking dish with butter and lightly sprinkle with flour.
    6. Pour the mixture of dough and fruit into the mold.
    7. Bake in the oven for 40-45 minutes.

To prevent the cake from falling apart when placing it on a plate, it should be allowed to cool after cooking. Before serving, you can decorate it with whipped cream, making it yourself or buying ready-made in the store.

Although the selection of cooking technologies traditionally begins with a classic recipe, there are many of its varieties that are not inferior to the original version either in taste or in speed of preparation.

Recipe for charlotte with apples made with kefir and other fermented milk products

The secret of a lush and tasty dessert prepared according to this recipe is the use of the main ingredient (kefir) in a warm form. This promotes the active action of the baking powder. For charlotte apples, you need to take sweet varieties, since kefir adds acidity to the dish.

    Ingredients:

    • Kefir – 1 tbsp.
    • Flour – 2 tbsp.
    • Eggs – 3 pcs.
    • Sweet apples – 5 pcs.
    • Sugar – 1 tbsp.
    • Baking soda or baking powder - 1 tsp.

    Cooking process:

    1. We wash the apples well, peel them, remove the core and seeds and chop them into slices.
    2. Sift wheat flour into a thick sieve to better saturate it with oxygen.
    3. In a separate container, beat chicken eggs with soda or baking powder with a mixer.
    4. Combine the beaten eggs with kefir. Add flour to this mixture in small portions and gently mix the dough. There is no need to mix vigorously, as the air will escape and the dough will become dense. The texture of the dough should be thicker than for pancakes.
    5. Grease a baking dish with a small amount of oil and pour one part of the prepared dough into it.
    6. Place chopped apples on the dough, sprinkling them with ground cinnamon. If your apple variety is sour, sprinkle them with sugar. Pour the remaining batter over the apples.
    7. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake the charlotte for 45 minutes. To speed up baking, you can use a ring pan, as you would for baking a cake.
    8. Remove the finished charlotte from the mold and decorate it beautifully to your liking. This could be fresh berries, shredded coconut, powdered sugar or whipped cream.

You can serve dessert to the table. Bon appetit!
