Peel the beets, grate them on a fine grater and season with lemon juice. Fry the onion until golden brown and add the beets with butter and simmer for 10 minutes. Add garlic and spices there, and then add egg, starch and curd cheese.

Place a third of the beet mass, fish fillet, a couple of pieces of butter and herbs on the foil. Place the rest of the beets, wrap in foil and bake the fish at 200 degrees for half an hour.

You will need:
2 herring fillets, 100 g butter, 50 g processed cheese, 2 pickles, 150 g black bread, dill.
Preparation:

Wrap the fillet in cling film and beat it, and then brush with softened butter and herbs. Place finely chopped cucumber on top and roll the herring into a roll. Wrap it in cling film, leave it in the refrigerator overnight and cut it.

You will need: (for 3 muffin tins)

  • chicken breast - 1 or 1.5 halves
  • chicken meat on the bone - 1 piece
  • 1 pomegranate (it’s better to buy at the market so as not to miss and take a pomegranate with rich red grains)

  • gelatin - 2 tbsp.
  • parsley

Preparation:

  1. Pour gelatin into a glass of cold boiled water, mix and put in the refrigerator for an hour to swell.
