2 mackerel, 1 onion, half a lemon, 1 tbsp.

If you don’t have time to bother with dinner or lunch, but want fish, you can safely use this recipe. And yes, we will use salmon as its basis, which can also be baked in this kitchen assistant.
What you will need:
- 1 piece of salmon fillet,
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise,
- 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce,
- lemon, parsley, salt and pepper - to taste.
As you can see, there is nothing here that cannot be purchased in the store. And before you start cooking, be sure to remove all the bones from your piece.
How to cook
Rinse and dry the salmon fillet. If there are bones in the piece, remove them using tweezers. Place the fish, skin side down, in a microwave-safe glass bowl, season with salt and pepper, pour in the juice of half a lemon, and let stand for a while.
At this time, mix mayonnaise (it is better to use homemade) with sriracha sauce. The latter can be replaced with adjika or any other hot sauce. Cover the salmon with the resulting mixture. Top with a few slices of lemon and sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley.
Bake for 3-4 minutes. It is recommended to cover the top of the dish with a special microwave lid. Check for doneness with a fork or knife: if the center of the fish is raw, cook for another 30–60 seconds.

Miracle cupcakes
To prepare these cupcakes you do not need any special skills or culinary abilities.
Ingredients:
- flour - 10 g;
- sugar - 2-3 tbsp;
- milk (fat only) - 150 ml;
- baking powder for dough - 1 tsp;
- cocoa - 2-3 tbsp.
Cooking time: 15 minutes.
Calorie content per 100 grams: 320 kcal.
Whisk milk and sugar until smooth, add milk. It is better to use milk at room temperature, then the muffins will turn out more airy. Add baking powder for dough.
Baking powder can be replaced with 0.5 tsp. soda quenched with vinegar. Pour cocoa into the resulting mixture and gradually add flour, whisking thoroughly to avoid lumps.
Particular attention should be paid to the fact that the proposed recipe excludes the use of all kinds of mixers. The dough should also not be kneaded for too long.
Pour the finished dough into special 150 ml molds. The amount of ingredients is calculated for 3 forms. If you don’t have such forms at hand, you can find a way out by using coffee cups or any other ceramic utensils. Do not fill the molds to the brim; half will be enough; the cupcakes will rise during baking.
The miracle cupcakes need to be baked for 4-5 minutes at a power of 750 W.
The recipe can be supplemented with various additives, for example, chopped fruits or nuts. You can also improvise when serving - pour condensed milk or chocolate glaze over the cupcakes.
Pork in sour cream
If you wish, you can add tomatoes to the recipe or replace sour cream with yogurt.

500 g pork, 6 tbsp.
