    Pork baked in a microwave oven is salted immediately after baking. If you salt the meat right away, the outer crust of the meat will turn out dry and tough.

    If you want to get meat with a golden brown, crispy crust on the outside and juicy on the inside, give preference to large pieces with skin and bake directly with it (such as knuckle).

    Meat cooked in a microwave oven should not be removed from it immediately after cooking. Leave it in the oven (without opening the door) for another 10-13 minutes. Or, if you take it out, still leave it to stand for a while, but be sure to cover it with pieces of food foil.
