  • A pack of mayonnaise – 100 ml.
  • Ready mustard – 50 gr.
  • Salt – 1 tsp. or to taste.
  1. The legs are washed, dried and cut into portions suitable for frying. The chopped poultry is placed in an appropriate marinating container.
  2. Salt is added and everything is mixed.
  3. After the salt has dissolved, add mayonnaise to the bowl and again mix everything repeatedly.
  4. Now you can add the last ingredient - mustard. Everything is completely mixed and sent to marinate.
  5. Approximate marinating time is at least 2 hours.
  6. If the liquid component of the marinade turns out to be too thick, then you can safely add a little mineral water.
