Potatoes with meat and vegetables in a slow cooker
Potatoes are a universal vegetable, which is also popularly called second bread. Thanks to their taste, potato side dishes are in harmony with meat, fish, vegetables, sauces, and seasonings. You can whip up a delicious “Two in One” dish.
Compound:
- 5 pieces. potatoes;
- 0.5 kg chicken fillet;
- onion – 2 heads;
- 2 pcs. carrots;
- 2 tbsp. l. refined sunflower seed oil;
- 2 pcs. sweet bell peppers;
- 3 pcs. fresh tomatoes;
- salt and ground allspice to taste.
Preparation:
- Cut the chilled chicken fillet into portions.
- Pour refined sunflower seed oil into a multicooker bowl.
- Lay out the fillet pieces and activate the “Baking” mode. Fry the brisket until golden brown.
- Peel, wash and chop all vegetables.
- You can remove the skin from tomatoes.
- Place all vegetables except potatoes into a multicooker bowl, mix and fry for 5-10 minutes.
- Add potatoes, fill with boiled water or broth. Salt to taste and season with ground allspice.
- Activate the “Stew” cooking mode for 35 minutes.
- Before serving, sprinkle the finished dish with dill.
Stewed potatoes with vegetables
The excellent combination of potatoes, cabbage, zucchini and tomatoes guarantees a fresh, summery and pleasant taste. The dish turns out light, aromatic and appetizing.
Ingredients:

- cabbage – 300 g
- zucchini – 1 pc.

Preparation:
Prepare all the vegetables: chop the cabbage, cut the tomatoes into slices, zucchini, onions and carrots into cubes, potatoes into large pieces.
In the “Fry” mode, fry the onion in oil. Add cabbage and tomatoes. After 10 minutes, add potatoes and zucchini to the cabbage. Salt and add spices. Install the “Extinguishing” program. In an hour the potatoes will be ready.
Cooking method
Step 1
It is necessary to wash the chicken meat. It must be fresh, not defrosted, if you are interested in the good taste of the finished dish. Chicken thighs are best suited for cooking. The meat on them is juicier than fillet. Trim the meat from the bones. The pieces should be medium in size.
Do not rush to salt the meat on the cutting board; it will release juice and be a bit dry. It is better to season and salt the meat at the end of frying in a slow cooker.
Step 2
Wash and peel the tubers, immersing the peeled potatoes in cold water to prevent them from darkening. Of course, you know how to choose potatoes.
It should be without a green tint, undamaged. The starch content is not of fundamental importance. Stewed and baked potatoes will be delicious with “falling apart”, starchy tubers, and with those that contain less starch (all young and pink varieties).
Step 3
Peel the carrots and onions. Grind them in any way convenient for you (slices, strips, pieces). Open the lid of the multicooker, pour two tablespoons of vegetable oil into the bowl (you can take butter), add chicken, carrots and onions.
Place the multicooker in the “Frying” mode for ten minutes. Vegetables and meat should be stirred with a wooden spatula. At the end of frying, add salt and spices to taste.
Stewed potatoes with aromatic chicken

Cut the potatoes into slices.

How to cook
Step 1
Peel the potatoes and wash them along with the eggplants. Cut the potatoes into medium-sized slices and the eggplants into small cubes.

Place the chicken legs in the prepared mixture and pour in tea and honey. Marinate for one hour.
Cut the potatoes into slices. Place the potatoes and marinated chicken along with the marinade into the slow cooker.
Set the “Quenching” mode. In an hour, call everyone to the table.
Mix of potatoes and frozen vegetables
Potatoes and vegetables prepared according to this recipe in a slow cooker turn out very tender. The vegetable mixture emphasizes the special taste of the main component of this dish.
Ingredients:
- Potatoes – 5 pcs.
- Vegetable mixture – 400 gr.
- Mayonnaise – 180 gr.
- Salt, pepper - to your own taste
- Vegetable oil - for frying

Prepare the necessary set of products.

Cut the potatoes into medium cubes.

- beef stew - 1 can
- potatoes - 10 pcs.
- carrots - 2 pcs.
- onion - 2 pcs.
- garlic - 5 cloves
- pickled cucumbers - 3 pcs.
- tomato paste - 30 grams
- olive oil
- pepper
- salt.
Preparation:
Prepare food: cut onions, pickles and carrots into cubes, potatoes into cubes, garlic into slices.
Turn on the “Baking” program. Fry onions with carrots and potatoes. Add garlic with tomato paste.
Set the “Extinguishing” program for one hour. After half an hour, add pickles and stew. Simmer until done.
Potatoes baked with vegetables and garlic sauce
What to take for 1 kg of potatoes:
- onion;
- carrot;
- two tomatoes;
- 100 g hard cheese;
- 20 g each of frozen asparagus and corn;
- 2 spoons of garlic sauce;
- basil, dill;
- salt;
- ground pepper.
Subsequence:
- Grate the carrots and hard cheese, chop the onion, cut the tomatoes into circles.
- Thaw frozen vegetables.
- Peel the potatoes, rinse and cut into circles, add salt and pepper.
- Place the multicooker on “Frying”, pour in vegetable oil (3 tablespoons) and heat for about 10 minutes.
- Fry the onions and carrots for five minutes. Next comes the potatoes.
- When the program ends, add asparagus and corn, set to “Stew” for 40 minutes, add garlic sauce, stir. Add tomatoes and cheese last.
- Simmer covered until the end of the program time. You can open the multicooker to stir.
Place the baked potatoes with vegetables from the slow cooker on plates and serve as a separate dish.
Stewed potatoes with liver
Preparing this healthy and tasty dish is not difficult. Feed the whole family with hearty and flavorful potatoes.
Ingredients:
- potatoes – 500 g
- pork liver – 300 g
- onions – 2 pcs.
- carrots – 1 pc.
- sour cream – 100 ml
- sunflower oil - 30 ml
- pepper
- salt.
Preparation:
Coarsely chop the potatoes, cut the onion into four parts, grate the carrots. Cut the liver into pieces.
Fry the onions and carrots in the “Baking” mode. Add the liver and simmer a little more.
Lay out the potatoes, pour in sour cream and water, add pepper and salt. Turn on “Quenching”. Cooking time – one hour. Serve the dish hot.
Vegetable stew
Another recipe for a hearty and tasty dish of stewed vegetables. This recipe can be used throughout the year, since all the ingredients included in it are always on sale. Take these products:
- Potatoes - 3-4 pcs.;
- Salt, spices;
- Onion;
- Carrot;
- Dill or other greens.
Sequence of actions:
- Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes, place them in a multicooker bowl.
- Grate the carrots and finely chop the onion.
- Mix all the vegetables, add salt and season.
- Pour in a small amount of water and select the “Extinguishing” mode for 40-60 minutes.
- After the end of the program, sprinkle with chopped herbs and leave under the closed lid for another quarter of an hour.

- chicken hearts - 400 g
- sour cream - 200 g
- carrots – 1 pc.
- onion – 1 pc.
- vegetable oil
- wheat flour
- pepper
- salt.
Preparation:
Cut the potatoes into large pieces, onions and carrots into cubes, hearts into two parts.
Fry the onions and carrots in the “Baking” mode. Add chicken hearts, salt, pepper and fry for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with flour, mix and pour in sour cream and water.
Add potatoes and turn on the “Stew” mode for 20 minutes.
