1 package of spaghetti, 900 g chicken fillet, 300 g champignons, 350 ml cream (10%), 2 onions, 1 tbsp.
l. flour, pepper and salt. Preparation:

1. Cook the spaghetti in boiling water until cooked, meanwhile prepare the ingredients for the creamy meat sauce. Cut the mushrooms and chicken fillet into small pieces, and the onion into half rings.

2. Prepare fried onions and mushrooms in the usual way, transfer to a separate container and set aside for a while.

3. Fry chicken meat in hot oil until an appetizing golden crust forms. Add mushrooms and onions to the frying pan with the fried fillet, salt and pepper to taste, add flour.

4. Pour cream into the frying pan with the meat and mushrooms, leave to simmer under the lid on low heat for 20 minutes.

5. Place the spaghetti on portioned plates, pour boiling creamy meat sauce over it and serve immediately.

For 4 servings of pasta with smoked chicken breast you need:

  • Boiled smoked chicken meat – 200 g.
  • Spaghetti – 200 g.

For the sauce:

  • Mushrooms.
  • Milk.
  • Sour cream.
  • Butter.
  • Cheese.
  • Flour.
  • Onion.
  • Salt.
  • Pepper.

Recipe

  1. Place a pan of water on the stove, add salt, and after boiling, boil the spaghetti. Cooking time can be found on the packaging.
  2. Fry 200 g of chopped champignons with onions in a frying pan, then pour in 100 ml of milk, add 2 tbsp. l. sour cream and butter. When the mass becomes homogeneous, add black pepper, salt and 1 tbsp. l. flour. The sauce should be stirred regularly to prevent the formation of clumps. The finished mixture has a consistency similar to pancake batter.
  3. Now you need to add 100 g of grated cheese and chicken. Leave the dish to simmer for a few minutes over low heat.

1. Marinate the meat in a mixture of lemon juice with salt and pepper, fry in olive oil for a few minutes on each side. Add chopped onion to the meat, simmer for 15 minutes. 2.   1. First you need to cook the pasta. To do this, you need to put a container of water on the stove, add salt, and add a spoonful of olive oil. After boiling, add pasta. On average, they cook for 7-10 minutes; the exact time can be found on the package. Discard the finished product in a colander.
  2. Cut the chicken into small pieces. Place the frying pan with olive oil on the stove. After heating, add chopped garlic so that it releases its aroma. Watch carefully so that it does not burn.
  3. Place chicken in a frying pan and fry.
  4. Take a ladle, pour in 200 ml of cream to prepare the sauce and place on the stove. After boiling, add 100 g of grated cheese (preferably choose the Dor Blue variety) so that it melts and mixes with the cream. The fire must be turned off after the mass thickens.
  5. Mix the fried chicken with pasta, pour in the prepared sauce, add cherry tomatoes. The dish is ready (photo below).

Pasta in the form of large tubes goes well with fried chicken fillet and cherry tomatoes.

You will need:
1 package of cannelloni (very large tubes), 1 boneless chicken breast, 300 g cherry tomatoes, 150 g cheddar cheese, 3 cloves of garlic, lemon pepper seasoning.
Preparation:

1. Prepare the pasta according to the instructions, cut the meat into small pieces, fry in vegetable oil until cooked and remove from the pan. 2. Add garlic, halved tomatoes to the remaining oil, pour in 0.5 cups of the liquid in which the cannelloni were cooked. 3. Stuff pasta tubes with meat, place in a frying pan with tomato sauce, heat for 10 minutes, season to taste and sprinkle with grated cheese.

How to cook Smoked Chicken Pasta

The first step is to prepare the ingredients. We put the pasta on the stove to cook (boil it in salted water). I also add a tablespoon of vegetable oil (in this case olive oil) to the water. Once the pasta is done, place it in a colander to drain off any excess liquid.

Then let's move on to the chicken. It must be cut or “torn” (by hand) into small pieces. At the same time, take a frying pan and heat it with the addition of vegetable oil (I used olive oil again). Place chopped garlic in a heated frying pan. Let it sit for just a couple of minutes so that it doesn’t have time to burn but fills the pan with its aroma. After the garlic, throw the chicken into the pan and fry it.

Now let's start preparing the sauce. To do this, take cheese and cream. Pour the latter into a frying pan and boil. As soon as we see signs of boiling, add the cheese cut into pieces. It will melt. As soon as the cheese as such disappears and mixes with the cream, and the sauce thickens, the sauce can be considered ready.

Now mix the chicken with half of the prepared sauce. Add cherry tomatoes. And pour the remaining sauce on top. Ready! Alternatively, you could add chicken and pasta to the sauce. And then add the chopped tomatoes in portions.

Casserole "Lasagna"

From wide egg noodles with chicken meat and vegetables you can prepare a wonderful casserole that will turn out no worse than the famous lasagna.

You will need:

For the casserole:
300 g pappardelle pasta (wide strips), 1 half chicken breast, 1 onion, 2 bell peppers of different colors, 1 meaty tomato, 3 cloves of garlic, 120 g hard cheese, 1 tsp.
thyme and ground paprika, a pinch of chili pepper, sea salt. For bechamel sauce:
0.5 liters of fresh cow's milk, 50 g each of butter and wheat flour, nutmeg on the tip of a knife, hot pepper and salt.
Preparation:

1. Boil pappardelle noodles according to the recipe on the package until al dente. Fry vegetables and meat alternately in vegetable oil. 2. Place pasta, vegetables and meat in layers in a deep baking dish, season with spices. Pour bechamel sauce, sprinkle with cheese and bake in the oven. 3. For the sauce, fry the flour in butter until light orange, pour in the milk, season with the spices indicated in the recipe and cook until it thickens.

Lasagnette pasta with chicken meatballs

In stores you can often find pasta in the form of long narrow strips with wavy edges; this is lasagnette. This pasta is often prepared with chicken balls in tomato sauce.

You will need:
1 package of lasagne, 700 g of chicken meat, 0.3 bunch of cilantro, 0.5 tbsp.
l. red curry paste, 1 red onion, 3.5 tomato juice, 2 tsp. brown sugar, vegetable oil. Preparation:

1. Make minced chicken meat with the addition of cilantro and half the specified amount of curry paste, form medium-sized balls, put in the refrigerator for 1 hour. 2. In a frying pan, fry garlic and onion in vegetable oil, add the remaining curry paste, pour in tomato juice and add sugar. Immerse the chilled meat balls in the sauce and cook for 10 minutes, turning with a spatula. 3. Place lasagne pasta and meatballs cooked according to instructions on plates, serve with sauce and sprinkle with cilantro.

Pasta with chicken and pineapples

This dish can be served hot even on a holiday table; it amazingly combines cheese sauce with chicken and sweet pineapples!

You will need:
200 g of fusilli pasta (spirals), 300 g of chicken fillet, 1 can of canned pineapple, 100 g of processed and hard cheese, 2 chicken eggs, 1 tsp.
sea ​​salt, a pinch of ground pepper and basil for serving. Preparation:

1. Add pineapple cubes to the pieces of chicken fillet fried in vegetable oil, and after five minutes remove from the heat. Cook the spirals according to the instructions until almost done. 2.
