  • To be honest, I'm not a fan of soups. I would like something more substantial. However, in the warm season, especially in the heat, when a piece doesn’t fit into your throat, you want to eat something thin. Once my husband’s grandmother treated me to light chicken soup.

    You can prepare delicious kharcho soup in a slow cooker. This dish is prepared with the addition of tkemali sauce. Without this ingredient, you will end up with regular chicken rice soup. However, this version of the dish turns out delicious.

    • 400 gr. chicken, cut into small pieces;
    • 1 large onion;
    • 1 carrot;
    • 80 gr. long grain rice;
    • 1.5 tablespoons of tomato paste;
    • 1.5 tablespoons of tkemali;
    • 3 cloves of garlic;
    • 3 liters of water;
    • 1 teaspoon hops-suneli;
    • pepper and fresh cilantro to taste.

    We clean the vegetables. As usual, cut the onion into small cubes and the carrot into thin strips. If you want to add potatoes, cut them into small cubes.

    Advice! The classic version of kharcho does not have potatoes, but you can add 2-3 potatoes, slightly reducing the amount of rice.

    Place the prepared vegetables into the bowl. Rinse the rice several times with cold water and also place in the bowl. Place the chicken in large pieces on top of the vegetables and rice. Pour in spices, salt, add tkemali and tomato paste.

    Advice! In this recipe, you can replace tomato paste with tomato juice or grated fresh tomatoes.

    Add water and turn on the “soup” mode for 1 hour. Then remove the chicken from the soup. Let it cool slightly and remove the meat from the bones. Dip the meat into the soup, add finely chopped cilantro and turn on the “steam” mode for 1 minute. Chop the garlic and grind it. Add garlic gruel to hot soup. After adding garlic, the soup should no longer be boiled. Let the dish steep under the lid in the turned off multicooker for about 15 minutes. After that, serve.

    With noodles and meatballs

    To prepare you will need:

    • Minced chicken in the amount of 270 g;
    • Potatoes in the amount of 350 g;
    • One carrot;
    • One large onion;
    • Vermicelli in the amount of 100 g;
    • Sunflower oil in the amount of two tablespoons;
    • Dill in the amount of 15 g;
    • One bay leaf;
    • Salt;
    • Ground black pepper;
    • Water volume 2 liters.

    Cooking time – 1 hour.

    The calorie content of the dish is 47.5 kcal per 100 g.

    Step-by-step preparation of soup:

    1. First you need to start preparing the meatballs. To do this, add pepper and salt to the minced meat, and then mix thoroughly. Make small meatballs;
    2. Peel and wash the onions and carrots. Cut the onion into small cubes and grate the carrots;
    3. Peel the potatoes, wash them thoroughly and cut into small strips;
    4. Add oil to the slow cooker and add carrots and onions. Set the “Baking” mode and fry for five minutes;
    5. Pour hot water over the prepared roast and add potatoes there. Cover with a lid and leave for 15 minutes;
    6. After the set time has passed, place the meatballs in the water and leave again for ten minutes;
    7. Add vermicelli;
    8. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Leave for five minutes. Chicken noodle soup with meatballs is completely ready.

    Chicken soup with mushrooms is not only tasty, but also a dietary dish, so it can be prepared for those who adhere to a low-calorie diet. The easiest way to prepare soup is to use champignons; you can buy fresh mushrooms, or use fresh frozen ones.

    • 500 gr. chicken fillet;
    • 3 tablespoons rice;
    • 200 gr. fresh champignons;
    • 2-3 potatoes;
    • 1 onion;
    • 1 carrot;
    • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil;
    • fresh herbs, salt and spices to taste.

    We prepare the products: cut the chicken fillet into pieces, wash the rice, peel the vegetables. We also wash the champignons and cut them into small pieces. Chop the onion into small cubes, grate the carrots, and cut the potatoes into small cubes.

    Pour oil into the bowl and turn on the “frying” mode. Place carrots and onions in a bowl and stir. Fry for 10 minutes. Then add the chicken pieces and mushrooms, and cook, stirring occasionally, on the same mode for another 20 minutes.

    Place the chopped potatoes in a bowl and pour hot water. Salt the soup, add spices to taste. Turn on the “soup” mode for 1 hour. Serve with fresh herbs.

    • 1 can (400 g) canned beans;
    • 3 potatoes;
    • 1 onion;
    • 1 carrot;
    • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil;

    Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces. Pour vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl and turn on the “frying” mode. Cook the meat briefly, stirring occasionally. As soon as the chicken changes color, add chopped onion and grated carrots to the meat. Fry everything together for 15 minutes. Then add the potatoes cut into small cubes. Open the can of beans, pour the contents into a colander and rinse with cold water. Place the beans with the vegetables and pour water into the bowl.

    Add salt and seasonings to the soup to taste. Turn on the “quenching” mode for 30 minutes. If you use raw, pre-soaked beans, you will need to cook the soup for 1.5 hours.

    Smoked chicken soup

    You can quickly prepare soup with smoked chicken, it turns out tasty and aromatic.

    • 300 gr. raw chicken fillet;
    • 1 smoked ham;
    • 5 potatoes;
    • 1 carrot;
    • 1 onion;
    • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil;
    • 3 tablespoons of millet;
    • fresh dill, green onions, spices, salt.

    Cut the raw chicken fillet into small pieces. Set the “frying” mode for 20 minutes and fry the meat in vegetable oil. Add chopped onion and grated carrots to the meat and fry for another 10 minutes.

    Peel and cut the potatoes into small pieces. Remove the meat from the smoked leg and cut it into cubes. Add potatoes and smoked chicken meat to the bowl, add bay leaf, salt, and spices.
