Step by step recipe

  6. Mix flour, cocoa powder, powdered sugar, baking powder, vanilla and chopped nuts in a deep container. Meanwhile, in a dry bowl, beat the egg thoroughly and pour in the milk and water. Place a saucepan of water over low heat, place a metal bowl on the saucepan and place the chocolate and butter broken into pieces into it. Stir with a spoon until completely melted.

Then remove, cool and pour into the liquid mixture in a thin stream, stirring constantly. The main thing is to cool the chocolate to the point that it does not overcook the eggs.   • chicken egg - 1 pc.
  • sifted flour - 4 tbsp
  • powdered sugar - 3 tbsp
  • butter - 60 g
  • vanilla extract
  • milk - 60 ml
  • a pinch of salt
  • drinking water - 50 ml
  • soda slaked with vinegar - 0.5 tsp
  • frozen or fresh strawberries - 300 g

Combine well sifted flour with powdered sugar and salt in a large saucepan or deep bowl. Beat eggs with a mixer with a few crystals of salt, add milk, soft butter, water, vanilla extract. Pour the well-beaten liquid ingredients into the dry mixture and add slaked soda. Stir the dough slowly but carefully, avoiding the formation of lumps.

Next, the recipe says, pipe the dough into molds using a pastry bag or spoon. Thaw and rinse the strawberries or, if they are fresh, remove the stems and rinse them too. Cut in half and place a few pieces into each muffin.

Set the microwave oven to 700 W and set the cooking time to 90 seconds. Send the molds to bake. Do not open the microwave door after the signal for another couple of minutes. Less than 2 minutes and delicious aromatic muffins are ready in the microwave!

Important! Baking time will vary depending on the power of your oven. The more power, the less time you will need to bake.

Decoration and serving

Remove the finished muffins from the oven, let them cool a little (about 4-5 minutes) and carefully squeeze them out of the mold. Place on a large flat plate (in case of general serving), or each on a small saucer in case of individual serving. Cool to room temperature. The muffins are ready to eat.
