Potatoes: Peel the potatoes, wash and cut into slices. Add seasoning to the potatoes, garlic through a press, vegetable oil, salt to taste. Mix everything and put in a baking bag. The chicken in this sauce turns out incredibly tasty, aromatic and juicy. As you already understand, the basis of the marinade is honey and soy sauce. And then you can use your imagination and combine all the spices to your own taste. Try my version too.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken wings – 1 kg
  • Soy sauce - 3 tablespoons
  • Ginger - 2 cm piece
  • Honey - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Ground black pepper - to taste
  • Salt - to taste

Preparation:

1. Wash and dry the wings. Divide them into phalanges. Remove the upper phalanges (they can be used to make soup or jellied meat) or discard.

2. Pour soy sauce into a deep dish. Add honey, finely grated ginger, chopped garlic, pepper and salt. Mix thoroughly until smooth.

3. Then pour the sauce into the wings and add vegetable oil. Stir until the sauce is well distributed on each piece. Cover with cling film and leave to soak for at least 2 hours, or overnight in the refrigerator.

4. When the required time has passed, transfer the chicken pieces into the mold. If you place it on a baking sheet, line it with parchment paper or foil and grease it with oil. Pour the remaining sauce over the pieces and place in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for about 20-30 minutes. When a golden brown crust appears, it’s ready.

5. After our wings are ready, remove them from the oven and place them in a convenient bowl. They should turn out very tasty, aromatic and juicy. Help yourself.

What I want to draw your attention to is that if you place the potatoes and wings in an even layer in the sleeve, then the potatoes and wings will bake evenly. Recipe Ingredients

  • Potatoes 1.2 kg. (you can take more)
  • Tomato sauce 1 tbsp. spoon

Recipe

Wash the chicken wings, salt and pepper, add tomato sauce and garlic, passed through a garlic press.

Peel the potatoes, cut them lengthwise into 4 pieces, and add salt.

Place a layer of potatoes in the sleeve and place bay leaves on top. Place wings on top of potatoes. As I already drew your attention to, you can lay it out the way I did, you can mix it up, you can put the potatoes and wings in one layer.

Tie the sleeve and place it on a baking sheet.

Place in an oven preheated to 200C and bake for 1.2-1.3 hours.

Then make it together with the bird, placing several vegetables in the sleeve. It will turn out juicy, satisfying and tasty! Ingredients :

  • six fresh (chicken) wings;
  • medium bulb;
  • bell (medium) pepper;
  • two small potatoes;
  • spoon of butter;
  • spoon of canned peas;
  • salt;
  • several branches of parsley (fresh);

How to cook

Step 1:

Peel the bell pepper by cutting off the top and removing the insides. Also remove the peel and peel from two potatoes and a medium onion, respectively.

Before cooking, they can be marinated in various sauces: honey, soy, mayonnaise. There are many different cooking options - both festive and everyday. Most of them are quite simple, but some of the nuances described in the recipes require attention.

We clean the vegetables. Shred into thick slices.

  • Potatoes – 1 kg;
  • Wings – 1.5 kg;
  • Paprika – 1 tsp;
  • Salt - to taste;
  • Homemade ketchup – 3 tbsp. l.;
  • Fresh basil - a bunch;
  • Soy sauce – 2 tbsp. l.;
  • Ground black pepper – 0.5 tsp.


First, prepare the marinade for the meat.
In a large bowl, combine the sauce, pepper, paprika, soy sauce and ketchup. If you don’t have homemade, store-bought will also work, but it’s better to take mild, “For barbecue” or “With paprika.” Otherwise, exclude ground pepper from the ingredients. Place the wings, stir and let stand for 1 hour. Wash and peel the potatoes. Shred into cubes. Light the oven and heat it to about 180°C.

We take a baking sleeve and tie it on one side with a special tape or wire that comes with the kit. Place potatoes inside, wings on top. We tie the second side, leaving some room in reserve, so that when the bag is inflated, juice will appear.

If you pack everything too tightly, it may burst. Bake in the oven for 45 minutes.

Option 6: Chicken wings in a sleeve with rice in soy sauce

Fans of Asian cuisine should definitely try the latest version of our selection, where we suggest using rice, soy sauce and spicy ginger.

Ingredients:

  • 70 grams of white rice;
  • salt;
  • water for boiling cereals;
  • six wings;
  • two spoons of soy sauce;
  • a couple of cloves of garlic;
  • a teaspoon of vinegar;
  • hot black pepper;
  • ground ginger;
  • dried parsley.

Step by step recipe

Step 1:

Check the rice for the presence of debris and pebbles. Then wash the cereal using several waters.

Step 6:

Next, spread the wings on top. Drizzle the aromatic dressing over everything. Fix the open edge of the film.

Step 7:

Bake chicken wings in a sleeve at 185 degrees. Approximate cooking time is 27-28 minutes.

The soy sauce used is quite salty, so be careful not to overdo it when making the dressing. As for additional spices, you can add them to your own taste, changing the recipe on the go.

Crispy wings with potatoes in pots

They cook everything in clay pots in the oven - dumplings, vegetable stews, pumpkin and rice casseroles, and potatoes with wings.

  • Carrots – 1 pc.;
  • Onion – 1 pc.;
  • Fresh greens - a bunch;
  • Potatoes – 300 g;
  • Chicken wings – 400 g;
  • Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp. l.;
  • Non-fat cream – 100 ml;
  • Boiled water – 100 ml;
  • Salt - to taste;
  • Champignons – 150 g.

We clean and chop the vegetables into strips. We send it to sauté in vegetable oil. Wash and slice the mushrooms. Throw them in as soon as the vegetables are fried.

Mix everything and keep on fire until the moisture comes out of the mushrooms. Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes.

Cut the washed and dried wings into two parts. We put the prepared foods in layers in the pot: potatoes, meat, mushroom dressing with vegetables, potatoes, meat.

Fill with water and cream, add some salt and bake in the oven for one hour, making sure to cover with a lid. At the end, mix and crush with fresh herbs.

  1. Chicken 700 gr.
  2. Potatoes 1 kg.
  3. Carrot 1 pc.
  4. Onion 1 pc.

How to cook chicken wings with vegetables in a sleeve in the oven:

1. First, let's prepare a vegetable marinade for our chicken wings. Peel and chop the onion - it is best to cut it into thin half rings (it should feel good in the dish). We remove all unnecessary parts from the pepper, cut out the seeds and white partitions. Cut the sweet into strips, chili into rings. Cut the peeled garlic cloves into thin slices. Place all prepared vegetables into a bowl.


If you don't like spicy dishes, you don't need to add chili pepper.

2. Add olive oil to the vegetables (you can replace it with any other vegetable oil, for example, sunflower), lemon juice and Provençal herbs. Stir and season with salt and pepper.


Aromatic herbs can also be selected at your discretion and taste. Oregano, rosemary or a ready-made spice mixture are perfect for chicken.

3. Prepare the chicken drumsticks. We rinse them well with cold running water, then dry them with paper towels. Transfer to a bowl and season to taste and mix thoroughly. For seasonings I chose salt, pepper and sweet ground paprika.


4. Place the prepared wings in the onion-pepper marinade. Mix.


5. Transfer the chicken wings along with the marinade into a baking bag. Using a toothpick or wooden skewer, make several punctures on top of it so that steam can escape through them.


6. Place the bag on a baking sheet or in a heat-resistant form. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Bake the chicken in the marinade for about 45-50 minutes.
