- Chop the mushrooms and onion. Heat a frying pan, pour in oil, fry the food, add salt and pepper. Cook over high heat, stirring.
- Boil the meat and cut into squares.
- Pour gelatin with water and stir (10 minutes will be enough for swelling). After this, melt and let cool. Add mayonnaise and mix.
- Boil the eggs, peel and separate the whites from the yolks.
- Grate the egg white, cheese and yolk on a fine grater.
- Lay out in layers: cheese, yolk, champignons, carrots with salt and garlic, grated whites, meat and grated potatoes.

This salad contains many different components that complement each other in taste and give the dish a rich variety.
You will need:
250 g of smoked chicken meat, 3 boiled potatoes, 3 hard-boiled eggs, 2 processed cheese, 2 fresh tomatoes, 3 tbsp.
l. olives, 2 cloves of garlic, dill, mayonnaise. Preparation:
Mix grated cheese, eggs and garlic, season with mayonnaise. The first layer of salad consists of grated potatoes, cover them with half of the egg-cheese mixture. The second layer is finely chopped meat, brush with the remaining sauce. Next, add chopped tomatoes and dill, distribute pitted olives.
New Year's salad "Winter Sun"
A delicate and light appetizer salad that will decorate your New Year's table.
You will need:
300 g of boiled chicken, 150 g of Chinese cabbage, 0.5 cans of canned corn, 3 hard-boiled eggs, 1 boiled carrot, mayonnaise.
Preparation:
Place a serving ring on a flat plate, place finely chopped chicken meat in the first layer, brush with mayonnaise. Then distribute the shredded cabbage evenly inside the ring and sprinkle with mayonnaise. The third layer is grated boiled eggs and mayonnaise. Fourth – grated carrots and mayonnaise. Fifth - grated cheese, mayonnaise, garnish with corn kernels.
Pineapple miracle
A light and juicy salad, thanks to its original design, it will decorate the festive table for the New Year 2022. A recipe with a photo will help you create this culinary miracle; for preparation we will use simple and low-calorie products.
Ingredients:
- chicken breast – 300 g;
- cheese – 150 g;
- pickled pineapples – 200 g;
- eggs – 4 pcs.;
- garlic – 3 cloves;
- carrots – 1 pc.;
- yogurt – 100 ml;
- parsley - 1 bunch.
Preparation:
- Take the split ring and place it in the center of the plate.
- Boil the fillet in salted water, cool, separate it into fibers with your hands, and place it on the bottom of the ring. Let's coat with yogurt.
- Next will be a layer of canned pineapple, then sprinkle with grated raw carrots. Now you can make a mesh out of yogurt.
- Take one chicken egg and, using a thin knife, make waves in the middle and along the entire egg. When we divide it in half, we should get a flower, put a little yolk inside, a chamomile will come out, make 3 such flowers. Finely chop the remaining eggs and place them in the next layer. Let's make a net from yogurt.
- The final layer will be cheese, but we won’t grate it, but cut it very finely into a separate plate, add garlic, yogurt and mix. Then carefully place it in a metal ring.
- Using a vegetable cutter, cut the carrots into thin slices and boil them for a couple of minutes, then roll them into a roll, lightly squeeze them out with your finger on the back side, you will get a rose. Let's make a few. This is how easy it is to make a salad decoration.
Let's put daisies and roses around the edge of the salad, and parsley leaves around it; it will be a pity to even eat such a dish.

You will need:
250 g chicken fillet, 250 g quality ham, 1 can of canned pineapple, 250 g pickled champignons, 65 g walnut kernels, mayonnaise.
