Why buy pizza in a cafe or restaurant if you can make it at home? Asking this question, I bought the necessary ingredients myself and prepared a wonderful pizza with sausage and champignons.
How to cook “Pizza with sausage and champignons”
Let's prepare the dough. Dissolve the yeast in warm water, adding warm milk. Stir until the yeast is completely dissolved. Add sugar, salt and flour. Knead the dough and place it in a warm place for 45 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare the remaining ingredients. Grate the cheese on a medium grater, cut the tomatoes and peppers into rings, mushrooms into slices, salami into strips.
Place the dough on a baking sheet, grease the top with ketchup and mayonnaise (in a thin layer). Sprinkle with grated cheese and lay out the sausage and vegetables.
Place the mushrooms.
Sprinkle with grated cheese again. Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake the pizza until done.
When serving, you can sprinkle the pizza with herbs.

Pizza recipe with marinated mushrooms, sausage and cheese
You can also use pickled mushrooms for cooking; they give the dish a unique, pleasant spiciness and piquancy. The following ingredients will be required:
- For the test:
- 0.5 kg flour;
- 0.5 packs of quick yeast (you can take 15 g fresh) No.
- ½ cup warmed milk;
- 1 tbsp. butter;
- 1 egg;
- Salt.
- For filling:
- 4-5 tbsp. pickled mushrooms;
- 1-2 pickled cucumbers;
- 1 small can of canned peas;
- 120 g raw smoked sausage;

- 4 tomatoes;

- Herbs and spices.

To prepare the dough, flour is mixed with salt and poured into a heap in the middle of the table. The milk is heated and mixed with yeast. The butter is first taken out of the refrigerator so that it is melted. The butter, egg, milk mixture with yeast are mixed and poured into the prepared well.
Attention! Dry yeast generally requires no preparation. They are mixed immediately with flour, then the remaining ingredients are added.
The kneaded dough should be smooth, like thick sour cream. Place it in a warm place and begin preparing the filling.
The cheese is grated, the mushrooms are cut into thin slices, the tomatoes into circles. Chop raw smoked sausage and frankfurters into circles, pickled cucumber into small cubes.
The finished dough should be kneaded, adding flour if necessary. The dough is formed into a flat cake, which is placed on a baking sheet and greased with mayonnaise. The filling is laid out in the following order:
- Pickled cucumbers and tomatoes;
- Mushrooms;
- Peas;
- Sausage and frankfurters;
- Cheese.
The dish is prepared in no more than 25-30 minutes. The baking sheet is pulled out, the pizza is sprinkled with chopped herbs.
Pizza stuffed with cheese, mushrooms and sausage
This recipe uses pickled mushrooms, as well as two types of sausage. It is better to use hard cheese, it gives a beautiful crust when baked. For extra piquancy, you can add canned green peas and pickled cucumbers.
For cooking you will need the following products:
- for dough: flour - 500 g; milk - 0.5 cups; egg; drain oil - 1 tbsp; yeast - a bag of dry or the same volume of fresh;
- for filling: boiled sausage - 150 g; smoked sausage - 120 g; cheese - 100 g; pickled mushrooms - 5 tablespoons; pickled cucumber - 2 pcs.; green peas - a small jar; tomato - 4 pcs.;
The recipe for preparing a hearty and tasty pizza is as follows:
- I sift the flour directly onto the work surface of the table in the form of a slide. I make a small depression in it.
- I dissolve yeast (fresh) in warm milk and add softened butter. I stir. Dry yeast can be mixed directly with flour.
- I pour it into flour. I mix the pizza dough and put it in a warm place.
- I cut the mushrooms into slices, the tomatoes into rings. I grate the cheese on a medium grater. I cut the boiled sausage and pickled cucumber into cubes, and the smoked sausage into rings. I drain the liquid from the jar of peas.
- Place the dough on a greased baking sheet and shape it into a flat cake with sides.
- I grease with mayonnaise and distribute the filling in the following order: cucumber with tomatoes; layer with pickled mushrooms; green pea; layer with sausages. Sprinkle cheese grated on a medium grater on top.
- The pizza is placed in a preheated oven at 220 degrees. oven for half an hour. Before serving, you can decorate with herbs.

Pizza in a frying pan with mushrooms and sausage
This recipe is great for those who don’t have an oven at hand. At the same time, it cooks twice as fast as regular pizza, and you only need a small amount of ingredients.
If you decide to use fresh mushrooms, then they must be fried in advance when ready.
For pizza you need to prepare the following products:
- for dough: 2 cups flour; 1/3 cup each of sour cream and mayonnaise; egg;
- for filling: sausage – 100 g; canned mushrooms – 100 g; cheese – 100 g; tomato.
The recipe for making delicious and aromatic pastries is as follows:
- For the dough, mix sour cream with mayonnaise, add an egg.
- I sift the flour. This will add fluffiness to the baked goods and cleanse them of foreign substances. I add flour in small portions and knead the dough (the consistency should be similar to homemade sour cream).
- Add a little vegetable oil to the frying pan and pour out the dough (half a centimeter layer).
- I carefully lay out the filling on top: diced sausage, a layer of mushrooms cut into slices, a layer of tomatoes. Sprinkle cheese grated on a medium grater on top.
- Cover the pan with a lid and bake over medium heat for about 20 minutes.
The pizza should be served hot, sprinkled with fresh herbs on top and cut into portions.
