What you will need:

As you can see, the set of products is minimal, which means that every family that loves meat can afford such a dinner. And French-style meat also looks good on a holiday table.
How to prepare
Wash the meat, cut into cubes and place on a baking tray. This will be our first layer. Don't forget to add salt and pepper.
Next is the onion. It must be peeled, cut into half rings and spread over the entire surface. If you like more onions, you can use not one, but two heads.
Next - potatoes. It needs to be peeled, cut into strips, a little salt and pepper, and placed on the onion. It turns out that this is the third layer.
The fifth layer is mushrooms. They can be cut into halves or used whole. Also, if you have homemade mushrooms, you can use them. And then you won’t have to buy it in the store. On top of the mushrooms is a layer of mayonnaise.
Next is cheese. Sprinkle it all over the dish. It is advisable to grate not on the finest, but on a medium grater.

In the classical sense, stewing meat in a sheet of foil will not work, because we know that this process involves cooking in liquid. If without it, then it will be baking, which is also delicious, but this is a topic for a separate culinary post.
We will use foil as a lid to get a simmering effect. This trick will come in handy when you need to simmer more meat, for example, in deco.
So, we will first fry all the main products in unflavored sunflower oil: first, grated large medium-sized carrots (2 pcs.) with a couple of onions cut into cubes, and then with the addition of meat (1 kg). It’s better to do all this in a vessel, in which we will then simmer.
When the meat pieces are browned over medium heat, add pepper and add 3-4 tbsp. tomato paste or ketchup, stir and simmer uncovered over low heat until golden brown.
Before pouring water (you will need enough of it to barely cover the contents of the container), add washed, boneless prunes (about 130 g), add 1.5 tbsp. flour and mix everything.
Pour in water, add a little more salt if necessary, cover the dish with foil and put it in the oven. How long does it take to stew pork in the oven in foil? 20 minutes will be enough, and the main meat dish will be ready for dinner.

When you don't want to spend too much time at the stove, this method of turning a raw piece of pork neck into a delicious goulash comes in handy. You can also cook the sirloin part of the carcass in this way, but in this case you must add a little oil to the raw semi-finished product, otherwise the meat will seem too dry.
If you like it spicier, add chili. If you have extra carrots, grate them coarsely and add them along with onions for color and flavor (1 medium root vegetable).
- We wash the fillet, remove everything ugly and unnecessary and divide it into pieces that are not too small - about 5 cm.
- We remove the peel from the onion, divide it into two parts and cut each into a half ring. You don’t want it to be too thin, otherwise, when cooking, the onion slices will simply “dissolve” in the meat goulash.
- Now we need a deco (metal or glass) with a high side or a cauldron. A goose pan will also work. We put the meat and onions there at the same time, salt and pepper everything and season with basil.
- Place the baking sheet in an oven preheated to 200°C. No oil is needed - just enough fat on the meat.
- We remove the container (carefully so as not to get burned!) after about 10 minutes, stir the frying, and again – put it in the oven for 10 minutes.
- To fill, combine the tomato paste and flour in one bowl, add some salt and gradually begin to dilute the thick mass with water until it reaches the consistency of kefir. It is more convenient to do this with a batter whisk.

Pork in the oven in pieces - how to bake it so that it is juicy and soft
Bake pork in the oven in one piece - this is perhaps the simplest and most affordable option of all cooking recipes. If you choose the right piece, with skin and lard, it will turn out incredibly tender, juicy and tasty!
What you will need:
- piece of pork with crust and fat - 1 kg,
- salt – 1 tsp,
- spices - according to your desire (coarse black pepper, mayran, paprika, cumin),
- beer – 2 bottles,
- leeks or regular onions, along with herbs - 2-3 heads,
- carrots – 1 piece,
- bell pepper – 2 pcs.
Some people also like to use foil for this recipe, but it seems to me that this way, without any wrapping, the meat in this recipe turns out to be the most delicious.
How to cook
Rinse the piece of pork well. Using a knife, make shallow cuts on the skin so as not to touch the meat itself, but to capture the fat.
Salt the meat on all sides, and you can stick a few cloves into the slits in the skin. Then roll in seasonings, but do not overdo them.
Be sure to rub in the seasonings you use, otherwise you won’t see any benefit from them.
Now put the meat in a frying pan, add vegetable oil and fry on both sides, but do not turn it over onto the skin. There is no need for us to fry it.
When this stage is completed, you need to pour beer over the meat so that it is completely covered with it, cover with a lid, set the heat to medium and simmer for about 20 minutes.
In my experience, it is better to choose strong, dark and good quality beer. This is what will give the pork an excellent flavor.
Now we cut the vegetables, but there is no need to chop them. Place in a baking dish. If desired, you can add celery, parsnips, parsley. But the main thing is not to overdo it with them - just a little is better.
We put our meat on the vegetables and pour beer over them again. But not from a frying pan, but from a bottle.

When the meat is ready, remove it from the oven and let it sit for about 20 minutes. Do not cut the meat right away - this will allow all the juice to leak out. But we want it to be juicy and soft at the same time.
