  • 400 g chicken liver;
  • 2 tbsp. l. Sahara;
  • 50 g butter;
  • 200 g mushrooms;
  • 100 g lettuce leaves;
  • 50 g arugula;
  • 1 apple;
  • 2 tbsp. l. lemon juice;
  • 2 tbsp. l. orange juice;
  • 2 tbsp. l. soy sauce;
  • 4 slices of loaf;
  • 2 tomatoes;
  • 50 ml vegetable oil;
  • 50 ml cognac;
  • 2 tsp. balsamic vinegar;
  • salt and pepper to taste;
  • nutmeg to taste.

Preparation:

  • Cut slices of white bread into small squares, place on a baking sheet with parchment, sprinkle with olive oil and place in the oven to dry for a few minutes.

  • Peel the apple, cut it in half, cut out the core and cut the fruit into thin slices.

  • Now melt the creamy product in a frying pan, add the apples and fry over high heat for 2 minutes. Afterwards, sprinkle the fruit with sugar, mix and continue frying until lightly golden.

  • Place the apples and butter in a container, cover with a lid or film to keep the fruit warm.

  • Chop the mushrooms into slices and fry with the addition of butter until golden brown. Place on apples and cover.

  • To dress the bowl, pour lemon and orange juice, olive oil and balsamic vinegar into the bowl. Also add sugar and stir everything thoroughly.

  • Salt the chicken liver and transfer it to a frying pan, fry for 2-3 minutes, then pour in the cognac and keep on high heat until the alcohol evaporates.

  • Afterwards, sprinkle the offal meat with black pepper, nutmeg and pour soy into it, mix, turn off the heat and cover with a lid so that the liver also remains warm.

For the dish you need to take:

  • beef liver – 270-300 g;
  • “Dutch” cheese (or other hard/semi-hard) – 170-200 g;
  • eggs – 3-4 pcs.;
  • carrots and onions – 3 pcs.;
  • classic mayonnaise – 1 tbsp;
  • salt, oil, pomegranate seeds.

Pomegranate seeds are used for decoration in this recipe. Therefore, they can be replaced if desired. For example, cherry halves, small cubes of sweet pepper or fresh herbs.

Step-by-step cooking process

The cooking process includes several stages:

  1. This salad will be assembled on a large flat plate using a cooking ring. Suitable not only salad, but also separated from the baking dish. It is best to choose a design with a diameter of 16 cm.
  2. To prepare the appetizer faster, you should clean the beef liver of all excess in advance, fill it with salted water and cook the offal for 20-25 minutes until fully cooked.
  3. It is advisable to prepare carrots and eggs in advance. They are also boiled. Eggs until the yolk is hard, carrots until soft. You can then clean both products. They rub on a medium or coarse grater.
  4. The onion must first be peeled, then chopped into half rings and finally poured into a frying pan with heated oil. It will cook until soft and lightly browned. It is important to ensure that the onions do not burn, otherwise they will taste bitter in the salad.
  5. The selected hard or semi-hard cheese is processed with a grater with the largest divisions. It will become the penultimate layer of the treat, on which decorations will be laid out.

  6. When all the ingredients are fully prepared, you can start assembling the snack. To do this, lightly grease the plate and cooking ring with salted mayonnaise.
  7. The first layer of the treat will be boiled liver. It is pre-processed with a grater. Next is laid out: fried onions - boiled grated eggs - grated carrots - cheese shavings. Each new layer should be coated with salted sauce to taste.
  8. The finished salad can be placed in the refrigerator to steep together with the cooking ring. After about 40-50 minutes, you can carefully remove it and correct the shape of the treat with a fork.

  • 350 g chicken liver;
  • 5 pickles;
  • 5 eggs;
  • 2 onions;
  • 3-4 carrots;
  • 100 ml mayonnaise;
  • salt to taste.

Preparation:

  • First boil the chicken liver in salted water for 15-20 minutes, then cool the meat by-product and chop it into cubes.

  • Chop boiled carrots, as well as pickles and onions into cubes.

  • We divide the eggs into whites, grind them on a coarse grater, and yolks, three of them on a fine grater.
