Shrimp are very healthy seafood. I want to offer my quick way to cook king prawns on the grill so that they turn out very tender, tasty and juicy!

In herbs and garlic

The cooking process will take 60 minutes.

To cook shrimp in herbs and garlic on an electric grill you will need:

  • 450 g frozen king prawns;
  • 3 garlic cloves;
  • 5 g thyme;

Grilled shrimp in the shell can be fried without prior marinating, but before serving the seafood, it must be supplemented with a sauce made from soy sauce, honey, sesame oil and lime juice.   • table salt - to your taste;
  • soy sauce – 62 ml;
  • garlic – 4 cloves.

If sesame oil is not available, it can be replaced with any other product except sunflower seed oil. Honey should be natural and liquid. If the product has a thick consistency, it needs to be melted a little in a water bath.

If there is no lime, it is permissible to use lemon instead. This will not greatly affect the taste. Fresh ginger root can be replaced with dried spice, the volume of which should not exceed 5 g. For cooking, it is best to use king prawns.

Making grilled shrimp in sauce at home requires the following points:

  1. The shrimp need to be defrosted, rinsed under running water, dried, and then placed in a deep bowl.
  2. Next, add table salt, pepper and olive oil.

  2. Next, you will need to add table salt and freshly ground pepper to the shrimp. Peel a clove of garlic and squeeze it onto the shrimp using a press. You will also need to cover the shellfish with soy sauce and add vegetable oil.
  3. Now you need to wash the lemon and cut it into thin slices. They also need to be sent to the shrimp and mix the entire contents of the bowl, lightly pressing the components for better absorption of the marinade. In this form, shrimp need to be marinated for at least 30 minutes.
  4. After the time has passed, the shrimp should be placed on wooden skewers along with lemon slices from the marinade.   • 1 nectarine;
  • 1/2 orange;
  • 2 cloves of garlic;
  • 1/2 avocado;
  • 80 ml pomegranate sauce;
  • 1 tbsp. l. coconut oil;
  • 10 g cilantro.

Cooking shrimp on an electric grill with fruit and garlic salsa consists of the following steps:

  1. First you need to rinse the nectarine, avocado and orange under cold water. The nectarine will need to be cut into medium sized cubes. You need to peel the orange, divide it into 2 halves and cut one of them into cubes of the same size. The avocado should also be cut into 2 parts.   • 3 tbsp. l. Dijon mustard;
  • 2 tbsp. l. honey;
  • 1/4 tbsp. lemon juice;
  • 2 cloves of garlic.

Shrimp on an electric grill, the recipe of which is supplemented with honey, is prepared as follows:

  1. To begin with, you can turn on the electric grill and heat it up in advance. Pre-frozen shrimp can be immediately placed on wooden skewers.

  2. Next, you will need to pour honey, Dijon mustard, lemon juice into a small bowl and press the garlic cloves through a press, after peeling them. The ingredients must be mixed thoroughly.

  • 1 green tomato;
  • 3 tbsp. l. chopped cilantro;
  • 0.5 red onion;
  • 1 avocado;
  • 2 tbsp. l. olive oil;
  • 2 green chilies.

Shrimp on an electric grill, the recipe of which is supplemented with tequila and lime, is prepared as follows:

  1. You need to immerse 8 wooden skewers in cold water and leave them for 30 minutes. Then you need to wash the cooled king prawns, dry them with paper towels, remove their shells and tails and place them on prepared skewers.
  2. After this, you should transfer the skewers with shrimp to a plate, prepare the marinade by combining lime juice, tequila, chopped red chili pepper, finely chopped garlic and olive oil, and pour it over the shrimp. Then they will need to be placed in the refrigerator and marinated for 30 minutes.
  3. Now you need to rinse the tomato, placing it under running water, cut it into cubes, peel the onion, chop it into small cubes, wash the green chili pepper, peel it and chop it into small pieces.

While the crustaceans are ready, prepare a marinade for them - mix the same amount of wine vinegar with two tablespoons of vegetable oil, add the juice of a crushed garlic clove and sprinkle everything with ground pepper. As soon as the shrimp are ready, they must be cleaned, put in this marinade and left for 35-40 minutes.

We place the marinated shrimp on skewers, which we stick into a slice of cucumber. If desired, you can decorate the canapé with a sprig of greenery.

With ginger

List of ingredients needed for cooking:

  • 500 g tiger shrimp;
  • 1 tbsp. l. chopped ginger;
  • 50 ml soy sauce;
  • 50 g butter;
  • 1 tbsp. l. tomato paste;
  • 3 garlic cloves;
  • 1 lime;
  • salt;
  • ground black pepper.

Prawn preparation process:

  1. Remove the husks from the garlic cloves, chop them with a sharp knife or fine grater, add chopped ginger, table salt, black pepper and mix. You will need to leave a little garlic for the sauce.
  2. Then you need to pour soy sauce into the mixture, add tomato paste and add lime juice squeezed from one half of the lime. You will need to add shrimp to the prepared marinade, previously washed and cleared of heads, tails, and intestinal veins. Afterwards, they should be placed in the refrigerator, covered with cling film, and marinated overnight.
  3. In a separate bowl, you need to prepare the sauce by combining melted butter, lime juice squeezed from the other half of the fruit, and a little garlic. Place marinated shrimp on skewers, place them on a preheated grill and cook until golden brown.
  4. Ready shrimp should be served hot with the prepared sauce.

Canapes with shrimp, cheese and cherry tomatoes

Small tomatoes, so similar in size to cherries, are much sweeter than their large counterparts. And are great for creating shrimp canapés.

Ingredients:

  • shrimp - 10 pcs;
  • cherry tomatoes - 10 pcs;
  • green olives - 10 pcs;
  • hard cheese - 80 g;
  • salt (to taste).

Preparation:

Before cooking, purchased shrimp must be thawed. To make them easier to clean, place them in boiling water for three to four minutes. If desired, the shrimp can be slightly salted. The cheese is cut into small cubes, approximately the size of cherry tomatoes. First the shrimp itself is placed on the skewers, then the olive and tomato. Stick the resulting “kebab” into the cheese cube. Then place the canapés on a platter and you are ready to serve.

In tomato-vinegar marinade

Ingredients needed for cooking:

  • 1 kg chilled Argentine shrimp;

  • 1/3 tbsp. tomato sauce;
  • 2 tbsp. l. wine vinegar;
  • 1/3 tbsp. olive oil;
  • 2 tsp. dried garlic;
  • 2 tbsp. l. finely chopped fresh basil;
  • table or sea salt;
  • fresh ground pepper.

Shrimp on an electric grill according to a recipe with tomato-vinegar marinade are prepared as follows:

  1. Argentine shrimps need to be washed by placing them under running water, cleaned of all excess and set aside. Pour wine vinegar into a deep bowl, add tomato paste and mix until smooth.
  2. Then you will need to add chopped basil, fresh ground pepper, table or sea moth, dried garlic to the resulting mixture and mix everything thoroughly.
  3. Now you need to put the peeled shrimp in the marinade, mix them and marinate for 15 minutes. Place the prepared shrimp on a preheated electric grill and cook for 2-3 minutes. from each side.

Shrimp should not be fried on an electric grill for a long time. Otherwise they will taste rubbery. For any recipe, it is recommended to choose large shrimp. If seafood smells like ammonia, it is not suitable for consumption. The best side dish for stir-fried shrimp is rice, asparagus, peas and cauliflower.

With ham

Ingredients:

  • shrimp;
  • ham;
  • bread (the black variety is more suitable);
  • olives (from which you need to remove the pits);
  • boiled eggs.

Preparation:

First of all, fry our shrimp over high heat.

Cut the bread into slices and dry it in the oven.

Carefully cut the eggs into circles.

The ham is cut into slices.

Stringing in the following sequence: first there is bread, then ham, then a circle of egg, then shrimp and finally an olive.

Canapes with tiger shrimp

Even the most laconicly executed appetizers with tiger shrimp will be in demand and highly appreciated by tasters. Clams must be cleaned of heads and entrails, and if desired, the tail is also removed. For those who don't like garlic flavors, you can omit the garlic from the recipe and simply fry the product in oil.

Ingredients:

  • tiger shrimps – 10 pcs.;
  • baguette – 1 pc.;
  • garlic – 4 cloves;
  • olive oil – 3 tbsp. spoons;
  • processed cheese – 2 tbsp. spoons;
  • cherry tomatoes – 5 pcs.;
  • salt pepper.

Preparation

Fry the garlic in oil until golden brown and discard.

Add shellfish and fry until color changes.

Cut a thin baguette into slices up to 1 cm thick, sprinkle with oil and brown a little in the oven, and after cooling, spread with cheese on one side.

Thread a shrimp, half a cherry and crouton onto a skewer with the greased side facing the tomato.

Place canapés with tiger prawns on a platter with herbs.
