Let's prepare:

  • poultry meat (turkey) – 300 g;
  • marjoram – ½ tsp;
  • 15 g each of vigorous mustard and soy sauce;
  • table salt and allspice;
  • vegetable oil for frying, optional.

How to Grill a Turkey Steak in a Ginger-Honey Marinade

By changing the composition of the marinade, the taste of the dish will always be new and interesting.

You will need the following ingredients:

  • poultry meat – 600 g;
  • 20 g each of lime juice, honey, soy sauce and olive oil;
  • 10 g each of grated ginger root, lemon zest, ground sesame seeds;
  • salt and pepper mixture.

In 1.5 hours the steaks will be ready.

Ready meat contains 102 kcal per 100 g.

Preparing the steaks. Wash, wipe with a paper towel and beat with a hammer.

  • 1 medium-sized lemon;
  • 3 chicken eggs;
  • a little wheat flour;
  • salt;
  • dried garlic;

Ingredients:

  • turkey breast - 2 halves;
  • garlic – 1-2 cloves;
  • lemon (juice) – 2 tbsp. l.;
  • olive oil – 3 tbsp. l.;
  • balsamic vinegar – 1 tsp;
  • ground paprika – ¼ tsp;
  • ground chili – ¼ tsp;
  • ground cumin – ¼ tsp;
  • salt - to taste.

Preparation.
Rinse the fillets under cold water and pat dry with paper towels. We beat it a little to get the same thickness. Let's start the marinade: whisk lemon juice, olive oil, chopped garlic, cumin, chili, paprika and salt. Add balsamic vinegar and stir. From the resulting mixture, separate 2 tbsp. l. into a separate bowl and put away for a while. Place the fillet in a bowl and pour over the marinade, stir. Ingredients needed for the sauce:

  • 1 tbsp. honey;
  • 1 small orange;
  • 1 cup fresh (frozen) cranberries.

  • turkey breast – 0.5 kg;

Required ingredients:

  • 2 turkey steaks;
  • 0.2 kg of mushrooms (champignons);
  • 1 large onion;
  • 2 tbsp. soy sauce;
  • salt;
  • ground pepper;
  • 0.1 kg cheese;
  • olive oil.
