Sliced potatoes are fried separately from the rest of the ingredients. It is important to place the vegetable only on a hot frying pan. Otherwise he will pester her.
The remaining components should be fried separately until half cooked. You need to add them to the potatoes after they are almost ready. How to fry porcini mushrooms with potatoes

To prepare the recipe you will need:
- Potatoes – 200 g;
- Porcini mushrooms – 100 g;
- Sour cream of any fat content – 50-70 g
- Vegetable oil;
- Spices

Mushrooms can then be added directly to the semi-cooked vegetable. But if you want to achieve a golden brown crust, it is better to fry them separately. For a large portion you will need:
- half a kilogram of mushrooms and fresh potatoes;
- large onion;
- dill, parsley, other herbs to taste;

Fresh mushrooms need to be cleaned (especially pay attention to the legs and the back of the caps, there may be soil left there), and then rinse with water. Then cut the ingredient into large pieces; there is no need for small ones - the mushrooms shrink several times when frying. Peel the potatoes, then chop them into slices or circles - do it the way you like best. Chop the onion into half rings or finely chop.
Now pour a fairly large portion of vegetable oil into the frying pan, let it heat up, and then add the potatoes. And then add the main and most delicious ingredient - porcini mushrooms. Stir, salt and sprinkle with black pepper, cover and cook over medium heat for a quarter of an hour or 20 minutes. You can also add dill or parsley 2-3 minutes before the end of cooking; they will add a stunning aroma to the dish.
Porcini mushrooms fried with potatoes in sour cream sauce
This dish is a variation of the previous one, but it is a little more complicated to prepare - this time mushrooms and potatoes will be stewed in sour cream. Take:
- 200 g of fresh porcini mushrooms and the same amount of potatoes;
- half an onion;
- 3-4 tablespoons of sour cream, vegetable oil, tablespoon of flour, salt, pepper and herbs to taste.
Prepare the ingredients: peel the potatoes and cut into slices or circles, wash the porcini mushrooms and also peel the soil, chop coarsely, finely chop the onion or cut into half rings. Now put the potatoes in a well-heated frying pan with vegetable oil, fry for 5-7 minutes, add the onion, stir and cook for about 5 minutes. Now it’s the turn of the mushrooms - put them in the frying pan, stir and fry covered for a quarter of an hour over medium heat. Try the potatoes; if the vegetable is a little hard, the cooking time can be increased by 5-10 minutes.
Porcini mushrooms fried with potatoes will be especially tasty if at the very end of cooking you stew them a little in sour cream sauce. To do this, take 3-4 tablespoons of the ingredient (sour cream), mix with a tablespoon of flour and spices to taste - you can take fresh or dry herbs. This sauce should be poured into the frying pan 5 minutes before the end of cooking, and then simmered over low heat. The dish will turn out incredibly aromatic, tender and tasty. This recipe can completely be considered a main and satisfying dish. Here, juicy pork is added to potatoes and mushrooms. This combination of components will appeal to many, especially men.
To prepare the fry you will need the following set of ingredients:
- Potatoes – 200 g;
- Pork – 100 g;
- Onion – 20 g;
- Porcini mushrooms – 50 g;
- Vegetable oil
Potatoes, onions and mushrooms are cut in the usual way. But you shouldn’t grind the meat, otherwise it will dry out and become tough. It is enough to cut into 3-4 pieces.
Next, you can fry food in several ways. The first is that all components are cooked together. Thus, first the potatoes are lightly fried, then the meat is added, and 4 minutes before the end the onions and mushrooms are added.
This method will take less time. But if you add one or another ingredient at the wrong time, the taste of the dish can deteriorate significantly. To prevent this, the products can be fried partially or completely separately, and then combined and served.
Another cooking option is to cut the potatoes into wedges and deep-fry them, and fry the remaining ingredients together in a frying pan. After that, everything is combined and served. The difference between the method is that the potatoes will be tender inside, but at the same time with a pleasant crispy crust.

- 200 g potatoes;
- Porcini mushrooms and champignons – 70 g each;

- salt, ground pepper - to taste.
Soak and soften dried mushrooms, rinse thoroughly and pour boiling water (200 ml) over them for 60-90 minutes. Squeeze the finished mushrooms (reserve the water), chop finely, chop the onion, chop the potatoes into cubes, grate the carrots. Fry the mushrooms in vegetable oil until soft, then add the onion to them, saute everything together until an even golden color is achieved. Next, the water remaining after soaking the mushrooms is poured in, and the mixture is simmered for 20-25 minutes.
