Sauce:

Melt the butter, add flour, fry lightly. Next, add milk little by little, stirring all the time until it thickens. Remove the sauce from the heat and let it cool slightly, then add the egg and salt to taste and beat well.

And so we collected the ingredients, now let’s start preparing the casserole. First you need to grate the zucchini. Then add salt and wait for a while, then squeeze out the released juice.

Next, use the same grater to grate three hard cheeses. For now we put everything in different bowls.

Place the sour cream in a cup, add soda (the soda must first be quenched with vinegar), mix and let stand for 3-4 minutes. Then add eggs, salt, pepper, flour and mix.

Place grated zucchini and chopped herbs into the resulting dough. And mix everything thoroughly again, lifting the ingredients from the bottom.

Next, you need to take any baking dish, coat the bottom and walls with vegetable oil and place the grated zucchini in the dough into it. Distribute everything evenly and place in a preheated oven for 40 minutes. We keep the temperature around 180-190 degrees. 10 minutes before it’s ready, take out the pan, sprinkle it with grated cheese and put it back. The temperature can now be raised slightly to create a fragrant cheese crust. You can also lightly decorate the cheese with tomatoes or slices of sausage. An original presentation will always work to your advantage, especially when you are trying to feed small children.

Tender casserole with minced chicken

Everyone will like this casserole; once you eat a piece, it’s hard to tear yourself away.

Ingredients:

  • zucchini - 2 pcs. (700 g)
  • minced chicken - 500 g
  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • onion - 1 pc.
  • sweet pepper - 1 pc.
  • hard cheese - 60 g
  • sour cream - 2 teaspoons
  • dry garlic - 2 teaspoons
  • salt, pepper mixture

Preparation

  1. Grate young zucchini on a coarse grater.
  2. Cut the sweet pepper into cubes.
  3. Chop the onion into small pieces.
  4. Finely chop the dill with a knife.
  5. Place in a bowl: squeezed grated zucchini, minced chicken, onion, pepper, dill, 2 eggs, salt, pepper, add dry garlic - mix everything well.
  6. We will need two baking dishes with a diameter of 20 cm, which need to be greased with vegetable oil.
  7. We spread the prepared mass of all ingredients into 2 molds and level the surface.
  8. Grease the top of the zucchini casserole with sour cream.
  9. Place the molds on a baking sheet and place in the oven for 30-35 minutes, preheated to 180 degrees.

How to make Easy Zucchini Casserole

So let's begin. Using a sharp knife, cut the zucchini into thin slices.

  • Zucchini -3 pcs.
  • Minced meat - 500 gr.
  • Onion - 1 pc.
  • Carrots - 1 pc.
  • Salt - to taste
  • Pepper - optional

  • Hard cheese - 100 gr.
  • Garlic - 1 clove

Cooking method:

1. Finely chop the onion, chop the carrots on a coarse grater and fry in oil until almost done.

2. Peel the zucchini, remove the insides, chop them with a knife and add them together with the carrots to the minced meat, mix everything well.

3. Grease a baking tray with vegetable oil, lay out the zucchini and fill with filling.

4.Place in the oven for 20 minutes at 200 degrees. Grate the cheese, squeeze out the garlic and mix everything with sour cream.

5.After 20 minutes, take out the baking sheet and distribute the cheese mixture throughout the zucchini, put it back in the oven for 20 minutes.

  • two zucchini approximately 250 g each
  • 1 onion
  • 30 g green onions
  • 3 chicken eggs
  • 100 g hard cheese
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1/3 teaspoon salt, spices to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 80 g sour cream, can be replaced with kefir

We wash and clean the vegetables. I always cut off the peel from store-bought zucchini. Finely chop the green onions. Chop the onion. If desired, you can fry it, but I didn’t because I love onions in any form. Grate the zucchini on a coarse grater. Next, grate the cheese and add the rest of the ingredients. Mix everything well.

Lubricate the multicooker bowl with any oil.

Place and level the resulting mixture in the slow cooker.

Prepare the zucchini casserole in the baking mode for 60 minutes in a Panasonic multicooker. The recipe can also be adapted for other multicookers.

  • Cheese - 150 gr.
  • Cream 10% - 200 ml.
  • Vegetable oil (odorless) - 35 ml.
  • Egg - 4 pcs.
  • Salt - to taste
  • Dried garlic - 1 teaspoon
  • Dill - a small bunch

Cooking method:

1. Cut the onion into thin half rings, fry in vegetable oil until translucent, add salt.

2. Peel the zucchini and cut into rings. If the vegetable is medium in size, cut it into half rings, put it in a bowl and add a little salt.

3. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater, and finely chop the dill. Break the eggs and beat with a whisk. Pour in the cream, add dill and 1 teaspoon of dried garlic.
