  • Potatoes – 800-900 g;
  • Minced meat – 400-450 g;

  • Butter – 50 g;
  • Chicken eggs – 2 pcs.;
  • Yolk – 1 pc.;
  • Milk – 100 ml;
  • Ground black pepper, salt - to taste.

How to prepare:

  1. Peel the potatoes and carrots, remove the skins from the onions. Cover the potatoes with water and cook over low heat until tender.

  2. Meanwhile, finely chop the onions and grate the carrots. Fry the onion until golden brown.

  3. Pour the carrots into the pan, stir and fry until soft. Add the minced meat and fry everything together, remembering to stir with a spatula. At the end, pepper and salt the frying to taste.

  4. Cool the finished meat filling a little and puree it in a blender. Drain the water from the potatoes. Add butter, two eggs, milk and salt. We make puree in any way.

  5. Grease a heat-resistant form with vegetable oil. Spread half of the mashed potatoes over the bottom, then make a layer of frying.

  6. Distribute the remaining puree on top. Brush with beaten egg yolk. Place pieces of butter on top.

  7. Bake at 180 degrees for half an hour. The most tender and delicious casserole is ready. When it cools down a little, serve as a separate dish.

Italian potato and zucchini casserole in the oven

In its homeland this dish is called schyachattu. It has a light crispy crust and can be eaten both cold and hot. The texture of the dish is a bit like an omelette, but the taste is completely different. Compound:

  • Potatoes – 700 g;
  • Young zucchini – 2 pcs.;
  • 1 small carrot;
  • Parmesan – 70 g;
  • Flour – 2 tbsp. spoons;
  • Egg – 2 pcs.;
  • Salt, spices;
  • Fresh parsley - a few sprigs.

Peel the washed potatoes, and also remove a thin layer of peel from the zucchini and carrots. Grate the vegetables separately from each other on a coarse grater. Squeeze out any excess juice from the grated zucchini and potatoes using your palm.

  3. Place the drumsticks on the bottom of the mold. Place potato slices on the meat in an even layer.

Cooking steps:
