You will need:

  • mashed potatoes - 0.5 kg;
  • boiled sausage - 250 g;
  • processed cheese - 100 g;
  • sour cream - 80 ml;
  • eggs - 3 pieces;
  • onion - 1 piece;
  • garlic - clove;
  • salt, spice.

Preparation

  1. Finely chop the onion and garlic, fry in a frying pan until light yellow.
  2. In a deep bowl, mix sour cream with eggs, add salt. You can use a blender, however, choose low power.
  3. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Chop the sausage into small pieces.
  4. Place some of the potatoes in a deep baking tray on special paper, then place the sausage, garlic-onion mixture, and remaining mashed potatoes in succession. Fill everything with sour cream and eggs.
  5. Place in the oven for half an hour at 180°C.

You will need:

  • sour cream - 3 tbsp. l.;
  • crushed potatoes - 0.5 kg;
  • minced meat (beef) - 300 g;
  • onion - 1 piece;
  • cheese - 100 g;
  • flour - a handful;
  • eggs - 2 pieces;
  • semolina porridge - for sprinkling;
  • sage or other spices, salt.

Preparation

  1. Make mashed potatoes or use leftovers from dinner or lunch.
  2. Cut the onion into small cubes and fry over moderate heat.
  3. Add minced meat and fry. It is recommended to mash the minced meat with a fork when frying. Salt and season with spices.
  4. Let the cooked minced meat cool.
  5. Grate the cheese, prepare the crackers.
  6. Place special paper in the baking dish to prevent the dish from burning.
  7. Pour in semolina, lay out half the potatoes, minced meat, sprinkle with some cheese. Place mashed potatoes and the remaining cheese on top, pour sour cream over everything and sprinkle with semolina.

You will need:

  • potatoes - 0.5 kg;
  • minced meat - 0.5 kg;
  • parmesan - 200 g;
  • tomatoes - 300 g;
  • onions - 2 pieces;
  • salt, seasoning.

Preparation

  1. Boil the peeled potatoes, then puree them.
  2. Chop the onion finely and the tomatoes into cubes.
  3. Start frying the onion in a frying pan, then add the tomatoes and simmer for 2 minutes.
  4. Throw in the minced meat and fry until done.
  5. Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
  6. Place the puree in a baking dish, then the minced meat and sprinkle with cheese.
  7. Place in the oven for half an hour, cooking temperature - 180 degrees.

  1. Finely chop the chicken fillet and fry.

  3. Chop the mushrooms and peeled onions, mix them with cream and flour, mix thoroughly.
  4. Spoon mixture over chicken.
  5. Sprinkle the dish with grated cheese.
  6. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 200 degrees.

How to cook “Casserole with minced meat and puree”

1. Peel the potatoes, cut into medium pieces and cook until tender in salted water.

2. Peel the onion, chop finely and place in a frying pan with a small amount of vegetable oil. Fry until translucent and remove from heat.

3. Instead of onions, place minced meat in the pan.

4. Add salt and pepper to taste, fry over medium heat, stirring.

5. Add onion to the pan and continue frying until done.

6. Drain the water from the potatoes, mash the boiled vegetable into a puree.

7. Cool slightly, beat in 2 eggs and mix thoroughly.

8. Place half the potatoes in a heat-resistant dish, previously greased with oil.

9. Spread the minced meat on top in an even layer.

10. Cover with the other half of the potatoes.

11. Beat the remaining egg with a small amount of milk or water.

12. Brush the top of the casserole.

13. Place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20 minutes.

Potato casserole with minced meat - classic recipe

Hearty and tasty food will not leave you unattended. Absolutely everyone will like it, even those who have never cooked. The products are common and can be found in everyone’s home. Unless it’s minced meat, you can buy it at the market, or cook it yourself from meat.

The most popular and most delicious is minced meat, made from two types of meat. It’s simple to make; you need to grind the pork and beef through a meat grinder. Then use it for its intended purpose. If you make dumplings or manti, immediately add onion, pressed garlic, salt and your favorite seasonings. Mix everything. If, however, you don’t need to add onions, salt and seasonings just for preparing the casserole, we will add them during frying.

I’ll say right away that homemade minced meat is much tastier than store-bought minced meat, so if possible, make it yourself and then start cooking.

Ingredients:

  • Potatoes – 2 kg;
  • Milk – 0.5 liters;
  • Butter – 100 gr.;
  • Onion – 1-2 heads;
  • Minced meat – 700-900 gr.;
  • Cheese – 100 gr.;
  • Salt, black pepper - to taste;
  • Greens - optional;
  • Mayonnaise or sour cream – 1 tbsp. spoon.;

Step 1. To avoid forgetting anything, first prepare all the ingredients you will need for cooking. We peel the potatoes, wash them and set them to boil. The water needs to be slightly salted. Approximate cooking time is 20-25 minutes. It should become soft and almost fall apart.

For this dish, it is advisable to use quickly boiled soft potatoes. This makes an excellent puree.

Step 2. Now you need to take a masher and thoroughly mash the potatoes. If you want it to taste better, then try to ensure that after this difficult process there are not even small lumps. Honestly, it takes me 15 minutes to prepare the puree. To make the potatoes juicy, I definitely add boiled milk and butter. You can also beat in a raw egg to make the casserole more fluffy.

Step 3. Wash the onion, peel it and cut it into small cubes. Immediately place the frying pan on the stove, pour in vegetable oil and fry the onion until transparent.

Step 4. When the onion has become soft, it’s time to add the cooked minced meat to it. As mentioned above, you can make it yourself from pork and beef. But I want to add that the casserole also turns out delicious if it is made from minced chicken with the addition of lard. Therefore, it is up to you to choose which meat is best to use for your method.

Some cooks and housewives use boiled meat for minced meat, then twist it. But we won’t do that, since it turns out much tastier from raw, also minced, but fried with onions and spices.

Step 5. During the frying process, add some salt and pepper to the meat and onions. It is necessary to cook until the minced meat is half cooked. It should not remain raw. If you have any greens (parsley or dill), you can add that too.

Everything you need for the casserole is ready, let’s move on to the necessary and most delicious moment.

Preparation

1. Wash and peel the potatoes. Cut into medium-sized cubes and rinse. Place the potatoes in a saucepan, add water and place on the stove over medium heat. Once boiling, reduce heat and add lightly salt. Cook until soft, 25-30 minutes from boiling.

2. Peel the onion and rinse. Cut into small cubes, then fry in a preheated frying pan until golden brown for 3-5 minutes over medium heat.

3. Add the minced meat to the pan with the onions and continue frying. There is no need to add water, as the minced meat releases juice during the frying process. Fry the minced meat for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

4. At the end of frying, add salt and pepper. Add chopped garlic. Stir. Fry for 3-5 minutes over low heat.

5. Remove the finished boiled potatoes from the heat. Drain the liquid.

6. Add warmed milk to the potatoes, as well as slightly melted butter. Mash the potatoes thoroughly using a potato masher. Adjust the amount of milk to taste, depending on the consistency you want the puree to be.

7. Add the minced meat to the crushed potatoes and stir. Taste it. Adjust by adding desired spices.

8. Mashed potatoes with minced meat are ready. Serve hot with vegetables and herbs.

  4. We divide the resulting “pound” into two parts. We put one of them in a baking dish, after which we put minced meat on top of it. The minced meat must first be peppered, salt to taste, add fried onions to it, and then mix it all well. Place the second half of the puree on top of the minced meat. We get a three-layer pie: “pounded” - meat - “pounded”.
  5. Brush the workpiece with beaten egg, sprinkle with grated cheese and place in the oven for further baking. The degree of readiness is a golden brown crust on top, but this will happen no earlier than half an hour later and at a temperature of at least 180 degrees.
  6. Take it out, cool it, pour it over with sauce or sour cream, set it to portions and voila, go to the table.
