  • 1.5 tbsp. semolina;
  • 200 grams of milk;

  • 50 grams of butter;

After about 45 minutes, you can turn on the oven to warm up, set the oven to 170 degrees. Immediately grease the pan with oil, use a small piece, and melt the rest. Leave to cool.

You don't have to beat the eggs. We just put them in the swollen semolina, shake everything together, you can add a little salt to the pie, this will enhance the taste. At the end, pour in the melted butter and add vanilla extract and baking powder for flavor.

Pour the mixed dough into a greased mold, level the top of the semolina so that no lumps form during baking. Immediately place in the oven and bake for 35 minutes. These ingredients are designed for a mold from 21 to 24 cm.

Usually mannas do not require decoration; most often they are simply sprinkled with powdered sugar. Just do this after the cake has cooled. You can spread it with jam, condensed milk, cream or cover it with glaze.

Apple manna

Ingredients:

  • Semolina – 1 glass
  • Flour - 1 Cup
  • Sugar - 1 glass
  • Kefir – 1 glass
  • Egg – 1 piece
  • Apple - 1-2 Pieces
  • Soda - 0.5 teaspoons

Number of servings: 6-8

I eat semolina very rarely, one might say I don’t eat it at all. All that remains are memories from kindergarten. Semolina was always served with jam and a loaf of butter. Today I use semolina only when baking semolina (at least that way!). Mannik with apples is very tasty and reminds of the time when all worries came down to walks and drawing. I hope my manna will return to you the taste of carefreeness.

Description of preparation:

  1. Mix sugar with semolina, pour kefir over the mixture and leave for half an hour. During this time, the semolina will swell and the sugar will dissolve!
  2. After half an hour, add flour with soda and an egg to the mixture. Baking soda can be replaced with baking powder, but there is no need to extinguish it, because... we used kefir. Mix the dough well with a wooden spoon. It will resemble liquid sour cream.
  3. Wash the apples. cut in half and remove the core. Remove the peel. Then cut into slices.
  4. Place apple slices in a pan greased with butter and sprinkled with breadcrumbs or flour. Pour the dough on top and smooth it out.
  5. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes.

Sprinkle the finished manna with apples with powdered sugar.

Bon appetit

Option 6: Mannik with milk “Wet”

Recipe for a moist milk pie, which is also cooked in the oven. Its special feature is the filling. You can prepare the pie with cocoa powder, as indicated in the recipe, or omit it.

Ingredients

  • 0.65 liters of fresh milk;
  • 8 grams of ripper;
  • spoon of cocoa;
  • 220 grams of sugar;
  • 80 ml vegetable oil;
  • 40 grams of butter (10 for processing the mold);
  • 250 grams of cereal;
  • a pair of eggs;
  • 150 grams of flour.

How to cook

Beat eggs and sugar with a mixer. Measure out the refined oil, pour in a thin stream, but do not stop whipping.

Measure out 250 grams of milk, add cocoa and butter (30 g). Heat until hot, but do not bring to a boil until about 70 degrees. Turn the mixer back on and add the resulting cocoa to the eggs.

Pour in the cereal and leave the manna dough for half an hour. Mix flour with baking powder, vanilla to taste. Add to the main mass. Pour into a greased form and put in the oven for half an hour.

Boil the milk. Sometimes sugar is added to it or diluted condensed milk is used. We take out the pan with the pie, check if it is ready, then pierce the entire surface and pour out the milk. We put it in the oven again, but you can turn it off. Leave for 10 minutes, all moisture should go inside.

You can make manna with the aroma of coffee, in this case we use a soluble product, measure out the same amount, and add it to the dough.

With poppy seeds

Many people love pies with poppy seeds, and even more so everyone will like apple manna with it.

Try adding a little poppy seed to apple manna

You will need:

  • 0.5 l of kefir;
  • 250 g semolina;
  • 1 cup of sugar;
  • 4 eggs;
  • 50 g poppy seeds (2 tablespoons);
  • 3 apples;
  • 1 lemon;
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder;
  • 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar (needed for sprinkling).

Cooking:

  1. Place semolina and sugar in a bowl, pour in kefir, and whisk gently. Set aside for an hour. About 15 minutes before the end of this time, begin preparing the apples. Wash them, remove the skin and core, chop them on a coarse grater, lightly sprinkle with lemon juice and mix with your hands - this way the pulp will not darken.
  2. Beat the eggs into the dough mixture and mix until smooth. Now add grated apples, poppy seeds and baking powder. Mix thoroughly again. The dough should become liquid.
  3. Now you need to grease the baking dish with oil, pour the dough into it and distribute it evenly over the surface. Place the dish with the future manna in the oven at 180 degrees and keep there for 40 minutes. Don't forget to check for doneness; If necessary, leave the manna to bake for another 10 minutes.

When the finished manna has cooled, sprinkle it with powdered sugar and serve with tea or coffee.

Option 7: Chocolate manna with milk in the oven (with glaze)

Here is the recipe for manna with milk in the oven with cocoa in the dough and glaze on top. But you don’t have to cover the pie with anything, just sprinkle it with powder or spread it with thick jam or any marmalade. This recipe does not contain a single egg.

Ingredients

  • 90 grams of vegetable oil;
  • 190 grams of semolina;
  • a glass of milk;
  • 90 grams of flour;
  • 8 grams of ripper;
  • 90 grams of chocolate;
  • 30 grams of butter;
  • 3 spoons of cocoa;
  • 150 grams of sugar.

How to cook

Pour the cereal into a deep bowl, fill it with warm milk, you can immediately add sand. Stir and leave for an hour at room temperature until well-swelled.

As soon as the cereal is infused, add cocoa, pour in vegetable oil and add the ripper along with wheat flour. Bring the chocolate dough until smooth and bake for half an hour (180°). Keep an eye on it, since it is dark, it is better to determine readiness with a stick.

We leave the manna to cool and make the glaze ourselves. Just mix the chocolate with butter and let it melt in a water bath. Then remove and leave for a few minutes so that the glaze thickens a little, then the coating will not drip and you will get a thick layer.

Pour chocolate over the cooled manna and let it sit for half an hour. In a cool place the glaze will harden much faster than in a warm room.

Cocoa often has lumps. It’s better not to be lazy, sift the product or mash it well. Otherwise, the lumps will not dissolve even after baking and will be noticeable when cut.

Everyone will like these mini-portioned manna pancakes. This dessert can be baked with or without fillings. In any case, the baked goods turn out tender, aromatic, fluffy, crumbly and very tasty!

Mini mannas with various fillings are ready. The dough is airy and crumbly

Various additives give the dessert a certain aroma and taste, and also make its appearance a little more varied. These mini-mannas are very interesting to eat, especially for children. Enjoy your tea party with your family!

Option 8: Mannik with milk in a slow cooker with jam

Currant and cherry jam are ideal for this manna. But with any other one, everything will work out just fine. If there are large pieces inside, it is better to cut them immediately. We take any multicooker with baking functions and grease the bottom with any oil.

Ingredients

  • 150 grams of sugar;
  • 170 grams of cereal;
  • 210 ml whole milk 3%;
  • 5 spoons of jam;
  • 120 grams of flour;
  • a pair of eggs;
  • 110 grams of butter;
  • vinegar (about a spoon);
  • 7 grams of soda.

How to cook

We send the recipe butter to melt. While we beat the eggs and sugar, add the milk and mix it all with the cereal. Let it sit until the oil cools.

Let the grains swell a little, add oil, add flour. The soda needs to be extinguished. The recipe calls for vinegar, but use lemon juice if desired. Pour the finished dough into the multicooker.

Pour jam on top of the dough, drawing patterns. Close and cook for an hour, using a special baking mode.

Mannik with milk turns out tougher than with sour cream or kefir. If you wish, you can mix several different products, the cake will turn out anyway.

Option 9: Mannik in milk with condensed milk and coconut flakes

This is a recipe for a pie with a delicate coconut layer. It turns out unusual, but incredibly tasty and tender. You use regular white condensed milk, the boiled product is not suitable, it is too thick, the shavings simply will not swell.

Ingredients

  • 0.35 kg semolina;
  • 2 spoons of powder;
  • five spoons of condensed milk;
  • 20 g coconut flakes;
  • 0.25 l regular milk
  • 125 ml refined oil;
  • 30 g butter;
  • 3 tablespoons flour;
  • 190 grams of sugar;
  • 10 g ripper.

How to cook

Heat the milk. While it is on the stove, in a large, dry bowl, mix the semolina and sugar. Fill with milk, add butter, cover, forget about the mixture for 40 minutes.

Add flour and baking powder, pour about 20 cm into a mold, and set the manna to bake.

Combine the condensed milk in a bowl with coconut flakes, let it swell while the manna bakes and cools. It is better to use regular white shavings without dyes.

Cut the cake lengthwise into two slices, layer with condensed milk and coconut flakes, cover, and sprinkle with powder on top.

You can cook a pie not only with this filling. If desired, instead of condensed milk, take any cream, use jam, or arrange pieces of fruit and berries.

Step by step recipe

Let's not waste time and mix the eggs with sugar.

When everything has settled, mix all the ingredients together and add vegetable oil. At this stage you can add chocolate, vanilla, nuts. Whatever you want! Let it brew again.

Meanwhile, grease the baking dish with vegetable oil. You can use a pie pan or small cupcake pan. Mannik holds its shape perfectly: it does not crumble or wrinkle.

Now pour the dough into the mold and bake in the oven for 40 minutes at 180 C.

Remove from the oven, decorate, and serve! The finished manna should have a golden crispy crust and be dense.

The most interesting thing is that you can freely experiment with manna! You can make cupcakes with cream, use manna as a cake layer, or serve as an independent dessert. It all depends on your imagination!

Mannik with milk - delicious recipes for airy pie in the oven

Good afternoon, guests and blog subscribers!

My childhood occurred at a time when store shelves were practically empty in our country. Absolutely everything, including various goodies for us kids, had to be “procured.” But then, of course, I didn’t suspect it.

Yes, chocolates appeared on the table infrequently. But not a single tea party was complete without pies.

Most often, my mother, always busy at work, baked manna. This is simply (without any exaggeration!) a wonderful pie: it takes minimal time to prepare, and if you “play” with the additives, you can get a new taste almost every day.

Don't believe me? Try baking it!

Mannik with milk is very tasty and fluffy!

The first recipe I suggest you try is manna with milk. You can even cook it for breakfast for big little ones who don’t want to. It’s very convenient for mom because it requires a minimum of time and ingredients, and it always turns out very tasty (even for those who don’t know how to bake, from the word “completely”).

We will need:

  • 1 glass each of milk, semolina, flour and sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 30 g butter
  • To taste – vanillin

Subsequence:

1. Pour milk into a saucepan and bring to a boil.

On a note. Of course, milk can be replaced with kefir, this option also exists, but more about that another time.

2. Dissolve butter in milk. Leave to cool slightly.

3. In a separate bowl, beat eggs with vanilla and sugar until white.

4. Add vegetable oil and beat everything well with a mixer (or fork).

5. Add warm milk and butter to the eggs (continuing to beat!).

6. Add semolina, mix and leave for 20 minutes so that the cereal swells slightly.

7. Add baking powder to the sifted flour and mix.

8. Mix the dough preparation and flour. Mix.

9. Take a mold, grease it with oil and sprinkle a little semolina.

10. Place the pan in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.

11. Like any pie, check the readiness with a toothpick.

12. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and remove from the mold. All!

Lush curd manna

A very interesting pie with cottage cheese and oranges. The soft yellow pastry looks beautiful when cut, and the finished manna can be topped with any creamy sauce. It is better to use not too fatty cottage cheese without solid particles. The fresher it is, the tastier the dessert will be.

Ingredients:

  • 200 g soft cottage cheese;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 1 cup semolina;
  • zest of 1 orange;
  • 150 g sugar;
  • 1 glass of milk;
  • 10 g baking powder
  • a pinch of vanillin;
  • powdered sugar for sprinkling;
  • butter for greasing the pan.

Heat the milk, add semolina to it, leave for 20-30 minutes to swell. Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve, mix with eggs, baking powder, vanilla and sugar. Beat everything into a homogeneous mass with a whisk or blender. Add semolina and mix thoroughly. Remove the orange zest using a grater or cut with a sharp knife and pass through a blender. Add the shavings to the mixture and mix well.

Grease a refractory pan with melted butter and pour in the dough. Place the pie on the middle rack of an oven preheated to 200 degrees. Bake for 40-50 minutes. When the manna starts to brown, place it on a plate, cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar. You can decorate the finished baked goods with orange slices or beautiful curls of zest.

Milk pie with semolina and berries

In the summer, my mother always baked manna with the addition of berries. It wasn’t even a pie, but, as I was sure then, a real restaurant dessert (I watched the movie and really wanted to be as refined as the heroines; and for some reason the girls and I often played at the restaurant...)

In winter, such a pie can be made with jam, but for my taste it’s not the same. Now there are fresh berries - thanks to supermarkets! – available all year round. And I bake berry manna “to suit my mood.”

We will need:

  • 1 cup each of semolina and flour
  • 0.5 cups kefir
  • 100 grams of margarine for dough (type “Pyshki”)
  • 100 g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups of berries - any (if you take cherries, do not forget to remove the pits)

Subsequence:

1. Clean the berries, wash them and dry them on a paper towel. Large ones - cut in half.

2. Fill semolina with kefir.

Important! Leave for ½ hour to swell.

3. Separate the egg whites from the yolks.

4. Beat the whites with sugar into a fluffy foam.

5. Melt the margarine (for example, in the microwave)

6. Combine semolina with margarine, add flour and mix thoroughly (preferably with a mixer).

7. Gently fold in the whites.

8. Line the mold with paper and place the berries in it.

9. Fill the berries with dough.

10. Place the mold in a preheated oven (180 degrees) and wait until the toothpick is dry.

11. Remove from the oven and let cool. Then carefully turn it over onto a plate.

Light manna without flour or butter

The pie prepared according to this recipe turns out very light and tender. To prevent the cake from being dry, immediately after baking it is poured with milk syrup.

Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs;
  • 1 cup of sugar;
  • 1 cup semolina.
  • For the syrup:
  • 0.75 glasses of milk;
  • 0.5 cups sugar.

Separate the yolks from the whites. Grind the yolks with sugar until white, beat the whites in a separate bowl to a strong foam. The higher and firmer the foam peaks, the larger and tastier the cake will be. Place semolina and whipped whites alternately into the yolk mixture, stirring with a spoon from bottom to top.

Dough made with semolina and milk goes well with cottage cheese, apples, chocolate and other delicious fillings.

Grease a refractory mold with oil, pour the batter into it and place in the oven preheated to 200 degrees. Bake until golden brown, check the readiness of the biscuit with a toothpick. While the pie is ready, make the syrup. Heat the milk and sugar in a saucepan and, stirring, bring to a boil and the grains are completely dissolved.

Remove the prepared manna from the oven and immediately pour hot syrup over it. Allow the liquid to absorb and cut the baked goods into even pieces directly in the pan. Serve the pie warm; it does not need additional decorations.

How to cook manna with sour milk without eggs

One Sunday morning I decided to feed my family manna. And - oh horror! – it turned out that there were no eggs in the refrigerator. I started thinking about what to cook for breakfast now. I remembered that my mother’s “anti-crisis” notebook was in the closet (adult women, remember, you had these - where did you write down the recipes?).

This is interesting. So there I found a recipe... for manna, for which not only do you not need eggs, but the milk must also be sour!

I decided to take a risk. And I was right: it turned out delicious. Don't believe me? Then try it!

We will need:

  • 1 glass of semolina and sugar
  • Half a liter of milk (yogurt)
  • Vegetable oil (for mold)
  • Vanilla, baking soda
  • 2 sweet apples (any fruit and/or berries can be used)

Subsequence:

1. In a bowl, mix semolina, vanillin and baking soda and stir.

2. Pour in sour milk (the thicker the curdled milk, the denser the dough will be).

3. Leave it to swell for 20 minutes.

4. At this time, cut the apples into thin slices.

5. Grease the mold and sprinkle with semolina.

6. Pour (or spread) the dough.

7. On top – arrange the apples beautifully. Lightly press them down with your palm.

8. The cake will bake at 180 degrees for about half an hour. Check readiness with a toothpick.

9. Wait until it cools down and put it on a plate. Enjoy!

With pumpkin and apples on yogurt

The combination of apple and pumpkin works especially well in baked goods. Be sure to try this manna - you won’t regret it!

You will need:

  • 1 glass of semolina;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 100 ml yogurt;
  • 2 apples;
  • 100 g pumpkin;
  • 5 g baking powder;
  • 1 teaspoon of powdered sugar.

Cooking:

  1. Grind the eggs with sugar in a deep dish.
  2. Add semolina and baking powder, mix until smooth. Pour in the yogurt.
  3. Peel the pumpkin and cut the flesh into small slices. It is better to cut the apples into slices, after removing the core.
  4. Now you can add slices of apples and pumpkin to the dough, mix heartily, put in a greased dish in which we will bake
  5. Baking time in the oven is 35–40 minutes at 180 degrees.
  6. When the manna is ready, cut it into portions, arrange it beautifully and season with powdered sugar.
    Enjoy delicious manna with pumpkin and apples!
