  • 500 ml. (2 cups full) kefir or yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda (small heaped)
  • 300 gr. flour (or 2 cups full)
  • 2-3 tbsp. spoons of vegetable oil

Yield: 12 - 15 pancakes

Combine eggs with sugar, a pinch of salt, and vanilla on the tip of a knife. Can be replaced with vanilla sugar. Pour in one glass of kefir, add one small heaped teaspoon of soda.

Mix everything well, use a whisk for this. Soda reacts with kefir and bubbles appear. Pour a glass of flour into the dough. Stir, add a second glass of flour.

The dough will become thick. Next, add a second glass of kefir to the dough. This is done so that there are no lumps in it.

Mix everything well with a whisk, obtaining a homogeneous mass. Pour three tablespoons of vegetable oil into the dough. The dough should be thinner than for pancakes.

We take a ladle of dough and pour it into the center of the pan, distribute it in a circle with the ladle. It takes on a round shape.

Bake the pancakes immediately. We do not grease the pan with anything, bake in a preheated frying pan over low heat. Bake for two minutes on each side.

How to fry:

  1. Combine eggs with sugar and salt in a bowl. Whisk.
  2. Slowly pour in both drinks while continuing to operate the mixer.
  3. Sift the flour, adding little by little into the milk mixture, knead the dough.
  4. When the lumps are gone, pour in the oil and add baking soda.
  5. Stir the mixture and bake pancakes. Pour the dough into the frying pan in a generous layer, then the cakes will turn out spongy and fluffy.

  • Wheat flour -2 cups
  • Kefir (not fatty) - 2 cups
  • Boiling water - 1 tbsp.
  • Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. l.

  • Sugar - 2 tbsp. l.
  • Salt

Preparing pancake dough. Beat two eggs into a bowl, add salt, sugar, and mix with a whisk. Now add kefir and flour. Add kefir (it’s better to take 1%), soda, mix and add flour. Mix the dough well, it should turn out without lumps. Pour in boiling water and try to stir everything in quickly. Pour in a thin stream and mix with a whisk.

Add vegetable oil, leave the dough for 10 minutes and go to the stove to fry the pancakes. Fry in a well-heated frying pan.

The frying pan is 22 cm in diameter. It is better to fry in a small frying pan.

Grease the frying pan with vegetable oil.
