French sandwich with meat and aioli sauce
The main advantages of this recipe: the dish is easy to prepare and almost everyone likes it.
Products used (for chicken):
- 4 chicken breasts;
- 100 g brown sugar;
- 90 g coarse mustard;
- 50 ml apple cider vinegar;
- 1-3 cloves of garlic;
- 1/2 lemon (juice);
- ground pepper;
- olive oil.
For the sandwich:
- 1/2 white onion;
- 4 slices Swiss cheese;
- 8 slices of bread;
- spinach optional.
Cooking processes:
- In a large glass bowl, whisk together apple cider vinegar, mustard, garlic, lemon juice, brown sugar, salt and pepper.
- Whisk with olive oil, leave the chicken in the resulting marinade for 5-8 hours.
- Heat some oil in a frying pan. Add onion and sugar; simmer for 20-25 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Fry the chicken in a pan or bake it on the grill.

- bread - 2 slices;
- butter - 30 g;
- salt, cheese, bacon - to taste.
How to cook:

Make a small indentation in the center. Place in the oven preheated to 180°. Three minutes is enough. Don't forget to line the baking sheet with baking paper.
