Children's sandwiches "Ladybugs"
Grocery list:
- White bread
- Butter
- Sour cream
- Lightly salted red fish (salmon, salmon, trout) or ham
- Small tomatoes (cherry variety works well)

Ingredients:
- 2-3 pieces of watermelon (or Victoria).
- 1 piece of fresh kiwi.
- 1 piece of tangerine.
- 1 piece of ripe banana.
- 1 sprig each of green and black grapes.
Cooking process
The watermelon pulp must be carefully cut into small cubes. The downside is that the berry is only available in August. But you can do without this ingredient. The taste of the canapes will remain pleasant and refreshing.

- Cream - 50-70 g
- Butter

Cooking technique:
1) The bread is cut into slices. Their size can be either the entire width of the loaf or smaller.
2) Add a pinch of salt and sugar to taste to the milk and stir. If desired, you can add 1-2 eggs and mix.
3) The bread should be placed in the milk solution and wait a little until it soaks.
4) Butter is placed in a heated frying pan, then the bread is fried on both sides.
5) Apply a thin layer of cream to the fried bread. They are needed in order to retain fruits, and at the same time for the absorption of fat-soluble vitamins.

- Thread all the ingredients onto skewers in the following order: half a tomato, basil leaves (one end), perlini, the other end of the basil, half a tomato.
This dish should be cooked just before serving to ensure the basil leaves are fresh.
