  4. Bake the potatoes on parchment, carefully laying out the wedges one at a time. At 200 degrees, the dish will need 20-25 minutes.

For the finished potatoes, do not forget to wait for the sauce: ketchup, mayonnaise, sour cream with herbs, cheese, sweet and sour or mustard.

Potatoes baked with cheese

To make cheesy baked potatoes you will need:

5 cloves of garlic;

100 g fresh cream or sour cream;

100 g Gouda cheese;

nutmeg - to taste;

ground black pepper - to taste;

a little chopped greens.

After boiling the potatoes in their jackets, let them cool, peel and cut them into thin slices about half a centimeter thick. Remove the baking dish and spread the minced garlic over the bottom. Place the potatoes on it, lightly pepper and salt, then sprinkle with a little nutmeg.

Mix cream or sour cream with grated cheese, then pour this mixture evenly over the potatoes. Bake it in the oven until golden brown at a temperature of approximately 100°C. Sprinkle the finished baked potatoes with herbs.

Potatoes baked in foil

To prepare this dish you will need:

8–10 potato tubers;

onion head;

3 cloves of garlic;

and of course foil.

Wash the potato tubers very thoroughly, wrap each of them in foil and bake in the oven until tender. Make a cross-shaped cut directly through the foil into the cooked potatoes. Then mash its pulp by sticking a fork into it and giving it a few turns.

To prepare this dish you will need the following ingredients:

potatoes of the same size - 10 pieces;

vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. l.;

garlic - optional;

dry herbs - to taste.

Place the peeled potatoes in a container with cold water. After a little time, cut the potatoes lengthwise into 4 parts. Place them in a plastic bag, pour in vegetable oil, add dry herbs and salt. If you wish, you can also place a clove of garlic there, passed through a press. After inflating the bag, screw its neck. Shake the bag so that the spices and oil are evenly distributed over the potatoes.

Taking a baking sheet, cover it with foil and place potato wedges on it. Place all this in the oven, preheated to 100–110°C. Bake the dish until cooked and golden brown.

Good afternoon to all those who love to cook simple and tasty! Potato dishes are frequent guests on my menu - either as part of salads or cutlets, or as a self-sufficient and complete dinner. Today I’m talking about the second option - these are potatoes baked in layers in the oven .

Let's take:

  • approximately 1 kg of potatoes;
  • one head of onion;
  • one carrot;
  • approximately 200 grams of peeled zucchini;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 250 grams of mayonnaise;
  • 200 grams of cheese.

Baked Potatoes in Honey Soy Sauce

This simple recipe brings amazing flavor to the potatoes. The combination of honey, mustard and axe sauce gives the usual potato an exotic flavor. To make the potatoes juicy and their crust golden, add a couple of tablespoons of vegetable oil to the bag. Cooking time 25 min.

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg potatoes
  • 4 tbsp. spoons of olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. spoons of soy sauce
  • 1.5 tbsp. spoons of grain mustard
  • 1 tbsp. spoon of liquid honey

Preparation

  1. Rinse the potatoes well and cut them in half or quarters if the potatoes are too large. Place the potatoes on a baking sheet, pour oil over them, sprinkle with chopped garlic, salt, pepper and chopped rosemary. Reserve a few sprigs of rosemary for garnish.

  • potatoes – 1 kg;
  • vegetable oil – 3 tablespoons;
  • salt, pepper, spices - to taste;
  • garlic – 2-3 cloves.

1. Peel the washed potatoes and cut into slices (quarters or smaller). Make 1-2 punctures in each piece.

2. Place the slices in a clean plastic bag. Add vegetable oil, pepper, spices, salt and squeeze out the garlic. Close the bag, shake several times, leave for 10 minutes to soak.

3. Preheat the oven to 200°C, place the pieces on a baking sheet, bake until done. The smaller the slices, the faster they will be ready.

To obtain a golden brown crust at the end of cooking, increase the oven temperature by 5-10 degrees for a couple of minutes. The main thing is not to let the potatoes burn.

With pork


The oven is convenient because you can cook a complete dish in one container without complicated manipulations, for example, potatoes with pork . In the standard version, the recipe requires a minimum set of ingredients: potatoes (5 tubers), 0.5 kg of meat, onion, spices and mayonnaise.

The meat needs to be cut into pieces, mixed with mayonnaise, onion rings, salt and spices, and then left to marinate for an hour. At this time, you can peel and cut the potatoes into slices or slices.

All that remains is to mix the ingredients and place them in a baking dish. When the potatoes are ready, sprinkle the dish with cheese and bake for another 5-10 minutes to create a crust.
