  • Sugar - 1 tsp.
  • Ground black pepper - 0.5 tsp.
  • Hot red pepper - 0.5 tsp.
  • Oregano - 1 tsp.
  • Vinegar 9% - 3 tbsp. l.
  • Water - 700 ml.

First you need to pour boiling water over the cherry tomatoes for about 15 minutes. We need the skin on them to crack. If you use large varieties, then the skin must be completely removed.

  • greenery
  • 1 carrot
  • 5 tooth garlic
  • 0.5 tbsp. l. salt

Cooking method:

Let's prepare the marinade. Pour water into a saucepan (saucepan). Pour salt, sugar, pepper and vinegar into it. Place on the fire and bring to a boil. Cook for 3-5 minutes.

Next, prepare the filling for the rounds. To do this, rinse the greens. Let the liquid drain. Then finely chop. Grate the orange fruit on a fine grater.

Cooking method:

Grate the peeled orange fruit on a coarse grater. Cut the sweet pepper into strips. Let us do the same with his fellow bitter one. Pass the garlic through a press. Chop the onion into half rings. Next, take a convenient container. Mix all the prepared ingredients and spices well. Be sure to taste it and adjust according to your wishes.

Take vegetable oil. Pour it into a hot frying pan. Heat it until very hot. Pour it into the vegetable mixture. Mix everything.

Next, cut clean tomatoes into slices. Then add the pieces to the prepared dressing. We immediately throw away the stem part, because it is tough and not tasty.

You can eat such a snack within 2 hours, but we will close it for the winter. Let the appetizer brew for two hours. Then we transfer them into clean glass containers. Cover them with metal lids. Place in a pan of water to sterilize for 25 minutes from the moment the liquid boils in the container.
