Lavash roll with salmon and melted cheese

If you are faced with the task of preparing a delicious snack quickly and from a small amount of ingredients, then this recipe is for you. We will use red fish fillet, processed cheese, tomato and lavash.

Ingredients:

  • Lightly salted salmon fillet – 250 gr.
  • Lavash – 1 pc.
  • Processed cheese – 150 gr.
  • Tomatoes – 1–2 pcs.
  • Garlic – 1 clove.
  • Pepper - to taste.
  • Salt - to taste.

Cooking method:

  1. Pass the garlic through a press or grate it on a fine grater.
  2. Cut the tomatoes into thin slices, put them in a bowl, sprinkle with pepper, add a little salt, add garlic, mix and leave.
  3. Lay out the pita bread on the table. If you use packaged processed cheese, you can cut it into thin strips or grate it on a coarse grater.
  4. Simply spread the processed cheese from the jar onto the pita bread.
  5. Then we spread the salmon slices evenly over the entire surface, finishing with slices of tomatoes and garlic.
  6. We wrap a thick lavash roll, in order to secure the edge, grease it with a small amount of mayonnaise, and leave the roll in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

This appetizer is served in portions, so cut the roll into pieces, place it on lettuce leaves and serve.
