Delicious dinner: nest noodles with minced meat in a frying pan

I suggest you quickly and effortlessly prepare a hearty dinner that you will love. We will prepare nests - these are meat products rolled up in the form of nests from spaghetti noodles or tagliatelle paste. Minced meat is used as a filling. Thus, the pasta looks appetizing, which is liked not only by adults, but also by children.

It is better to use homemade minced meat for the filling. Beef and pork are perfect for this dish. Adding onions will make it much juicier, and your favorite seasonings will be more aromatic. It is better not to add bread at all; this product takes away the juice from the meat. Also, be careful with spices so as not to overwhelm the taste of the finished dish. But you definitely need to add an egg to the minced meat, then the cutlets that are placed on the noodles will be softer.

How to cook pasta nests with minced meat

And so we chose the dish that we will prepare for dinner for tonight. We decided to do without the side dish. Since the nests will be filling anyway. They were poured with tomato sauce and covered with cheese on top. It turned out incredibly delicious! So, if this option interests you, check out this recipe that you will like.

Ingredients:

  • Nests – 12 pcs.;
  • Minced meat – 500 gr.;
  • Egg – 1 pc.;
  • Onion – 1 medium or 2 small heads;
  • Garlic – 2 cloves;
  • Tomato paste – 1 tbsp. l.;
  • Ketchup – 2 tbsp. l.;
  • Cheese – 100 gr.;
  • Salt, pepper - to taste.

1. Grind the meat in a meat grinder. As I already said, it’s better to use two types; it’s up to you to decide which one it will be.

2. Peel the onion, wash it and finely chop it into cubes. Add to the twisted meat. We break the egg here.

3. Pass the garlic through a press or chop it. This process is made easier if the vegetable is first crushed with a knife and then chopped. Immediately salt and pepper the twisted meat. All that remains is to mix the whole mass. To improve the taste, choose your favorite spices that you want to add to the minced meat. Try not to overdo it. Don't forget about greens (dill, parsley, cilantro), because aromatic herbs will also come in handy.

4. To be honest, it’s better to buy ready-made pasta called tagliatelle. It will be much better than spaghetti. And the dish is prepared faster. After all, pasta is sold ready-made and rolled into nests, while spaghetti needs to be boiled and shaped into pieces.

5. The frying pan determines what kind of dish you get. Whether the finished products will burn or not. It’s better to use a non-stick one, but if you don’t have one, then generously grease the pan with oil. Place the nests in it tightly to each other, then 12 pieces will fit, that is, a package.

6. Take the minced meat in your hand and form it into cutlets of such a size that they are larger than the nests themselves. Because when stewing, the filling will become smaller. It is better to divide the minced meat into 12 parts.

7. Prepare the sauce, put tomato paste and ketchup on a plate.

8. Dilute this mass with warm water and stir until smooth. For the best aroma, add dried garlic to the sauce if desired. And most importantly, don't forget to add a little salt. Since the salt poured into the minced meat will not be enough.

  • 55 g cheese (hard).

Cooking method:

  2. Now take small pieces of pork, season with spices and fry until soft, then cut into cubes.

Nest noodles can be cooked not only in a frying pan, but also in a slow cooker or in the oven. This dish is sure to please both guests and household members. The technology for preparing nests in the oven differs little from the method described above. You need to prepare the minced meat, place it in the noodle nests, put everything in a baking container and pour in the broth. Cover the top of the form with foil, in which you need to make two or three punctures.

Place in the oven for 30-40 minutes. When this time has elapsed, remove the foil, fill the nests with hard cheese and place in the oven for another 5-10 minutes so that the cheese melts.
