  1. Clean the fillet from films and unnecessary fat, rinse under running water. Dry with paper towels, cut into small strips or cubes.
  2. Peel the onion and cut into cubes.
  3. Heat oil in a frying pan. Add the onion to the pan first. Fire is medium. The onion should soften and begin to turn golden. After which you can send the chicken to him. Fry the chicken on each side until lightly browned.
  4. Sprinkle the meat and onions with flour. Mix well, if the chicken has already released its juice, then you should stir very vigorously so that lumps do not form.

  1. Prepare sour cream sauce for pasta. To do this, rinse under running water and, if necessary, peel 200-300 g of fresh mushrooms. You can use oyster mushrooms or champignons, they are always available. Then cut the mushrooms into 4 parts; if they are large, you can cut them smaller. Place the mushrooms in a deep plate.   3. Add the chopped ham to the pan and fry all the ingredients for about 2 minutes, stirring while doing so. Then add about 200 g of sour cream to the pan, mix everything well, salt and pepper to taste. Simmer the sauce for about another minute, and when it is ready, remove the pan from the heat.

  4. Place a saucepan with 3-4 liters of water on the stove and bring it to a boil. Add spices to the water to taste to make the pasta more delicious and flavorful. You can use ready-made soup seasoning or other herbs. Salt the water with a pinch of salt.

  5. Pour about 300-400 g of pasta, preferably hard varieties, into boiling water and cook it for the time indicated in the instructions on the package, stirring occasionally. You can take pasta of any shape, pasta, spaghetti. Do not overcook the pasta, but rather cook it until al dente, so that it is slightly firm. When ready, place the pasta in a colander to drain all the water.

  6. If desired, you can pour the pasta into the frying pan with the sour cream sauce, mix everything and heat for 1-2 minutes. Or you can place the pasta on a dish and pour sour cream sauce over it.

You can decorate and enhance the taste of pasta in sour cream sauce with the help of finely chopped parsley and grated hard cheese, which will also melt appetizingly. In addition, you can prepare a light salad from fresh vegetables.

  3. In the same frying pan you need to cut several slices of bell pepper of any color. It will add piquancy and sweetness to the dish. Let it all simmer together for about half an hour. You can salt the meat and add any seasoning to your taste.
  4. Take a couple of heads of garlic. Chop it very finely with a knife and add to the frying pan. It will add spiciness and a unique aroma.
  5. Then you will need to open a can of sour cream, pour its contents into the beef with mushrooms, and simmer for another 15 minutes. If the dish turns out to be dry, then you can add a little more water.
