- Sesame buns – 5 pieces;
- Beef – 0.5 kg;
- Beef fat – 100 grams;

- Iceberg salad - ¼ head;
- Tomato – 1 piece;
- Pickled cucumbers – 5 pieces;
- Red salad onion – 1 piece;
- Mayonnaise;
- Mustard;
- Ketchup.
Let's prepare the minced meat for the cutlet.
