  1. The cucumbers are simply washed and cut into thin strips about three centimeters long and about five millimeters thick.
  2. Ham is also ground in the same way.
  3. Grate the cheese using a fine or medium grater.
  4. The greens are washed, dried, placed on a board and finely chopped with a knife.
  5. Take the beans out of the jar and strain them on a sieve. If you don't have one, you can use a regular colander.

  2. The olives are simply cut into circles. They should not be too thin, otherwise they will simply break during the process of mixing the components.
  3. The sweet peppers are washed, cut, seeds removed and all veins cut out. Only after this is it cut into cubes.
  4. The beans are removed from the liquid and added to other prepared foods.
  5. The dish is slightly salted, peppered and mayonnaise is added to it, after which it is mixed.

Step-by-step preparation

Important! The quantitative proportions of the salad components can be varied down or up, guided by your own preferences.

  1. Hard-boil 3-4 chicken eggs and leave them under cold running water until completely cool. Dissolve 300-350 g of ham or minced ham sausage into small cubes, approximately the size of a little less than boiled beans.

  2. Grate 80-100 g of hard cheese on a coarse grater.

Required:

  • 400 gr. canned celery;
  • 350 gr. canned carrots;
  • 400 gr. canned corn;
  • 250 gr. ham;
  • 360 gr. canned red beans;
  • 2 cucumbers;
  • 4 large eggs;
  • 150 gr. cheese;
  • 1 leek;
  • 35 gr. greenery;
  • 250 gr. mayonnaise.

Preparation step by step:

  1. Open the jar of celery and place all its contents in a colander, where they are left for a while to allow the liquid to drain.
  2. In the same way, carrots, corn and beans are separated from the liquid.
  3. The ham is chopped on a board in the form of large long strips.
  4. The cucumbers are washed and cut into classic cubes.
  5. Boil the eggs for twelve minutes. After finishing cooking, they are chilled, immediately peeled and chopped in the same way as cucumbers.
  6. Next, leeks are washed and dried, then cut into thin slices.
  7. The cheese is grated. Use a large grater for this.
  8. To form a salad, take a transparent deep dish and place the food there in the form of layers. Be sure to soak each one without exception with mayonnaise. It is advisable to add salt to several layers.
  9. The main component is placed first - beans.
  10. Eggs are laid on it.
  11. Carrots and leeks are already laid out next.
  12. Corn and ham are placed on the leeks.
  13. Then lay out celery and cucumbers.
  14. Everything is sprinkled with cheese.
