  • Loaf – 2 slices
  • Green onion – 15g.
  • Mayonnaise – 2 tbsp.
  • Vinegar - 1 tsp.
  • Garlic – 2 cloves
  • Sugar – 1 tsp.
  • Paprika - to taste
  • Herbes de Provence - a pinch

Preparation:

Cut the cucumber into small strips and place in a bowl.

  • Cream – 2 tbsp.
  • Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp.

Preparation:

First of all, grate the hard cheese on a coarse grater and set it aside.

Next, cut off the top of the tomatoes and scoop out the inside with a spoon.

Onions and ham should be chopped as finely as possible.

Grind the processed cheese on a grater and mix with onion and ham. Fill the mixture with 15% cream.

Next, put the resulting filling into each tomato and sprinkle grated cheese on top.

Take four sheets of foil and grease them with oil. Place a tomato with filling in the center of each. Wrap the tomatoes in foil and place in a baking dish.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Bake our hot salad for 25 minutes.

  • fresh cucumbers (small) – 3 pcs.;
  • garlic – 4 cloves;
  • dietary mayonnaise – 190 g;
  • ham – 480 g;

  • parsley - 4 sprigs.

Mix all the ingredients of the dressing in a shaker. Set the resulting sauce aside for now.

Boil the pasta in lightly salted water for 7 minutes. Drain the water.

In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, salt and garlic. Next, pour the paste into a bowl and stir. Next, cover the bowl with film and put it in the refrigerator for 8 hours.

Green beans should be blanched in olive oil. Let cool.

Add green beans, mozzarella cheese, zucchini, tomatoes, ham, arugula, onion, olives and basil to the chilled pasta bowl.

Pour the dressing over the salad and mix.

Place the salad in the refrigerator again for 4 or 7 hours.

Salad with tomatoes and ham and cheese can be prepared in combination with mushrooms. If they are fresh, they must be fried in sunflower or olive oil. Products you will need:

  • ham (pork or beef) – 500 g;
  • onions (small) – 1 pc.;
  • chicken eggs – 4 pcs.;
  • Dutch cheese – 170 g;
  • ripe tomatoes – 2 pcs.;
  • potato tubers – 3 pcs.;
  • canned green peas – 90 g;
  • pickled mushrooms – 400 g.

Salt, mayonnaise, pepper are added to taste.

Salad making process:

  1. First of all, eggs and potatoes are boiled over the fire. Eggs should be boiled hard (7-10 minutes), potatoes are usually boiled in their jackets (20 minutes).
  2. The onion is peeled, then cut into half rings (thin).

  3. Pickled mushrooms are chopped into cubes, and the ham is cut into strips.
  4. The tomato is pre-washed, the core is removed, and cut into thin pieces.
  5. When the chicken eggs and potatoes are cooked, they should be cooled, peeled, and finely chopped (can be cubes).
  6. Grind hard cheese on a culinary grater.
  7. In a large salad bowl, mix all the chopped products, pour over mayonnaise, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and mix thoroughly.

The resulting dish is decorated with pieces of vegetables, peas, herbs, and served fresh.

Salad cocktail

A very elegant salad. The perfect snack for a get-together with friends.

Ingredients:

  • Ham/sausage – 210g.
  • Tomatoes – 2 pcs.
  • Cucumbers – 3 pcs.
  • Eggs – 3 pcs.
  • Cheese – 110g.
  • Salt - to taste
  • Mayonnaise – 2 tbsp.

Preparation:

Cut the ham into cubes. Add a spoonful of mayonnaise and mix. Next, we create an even layer of the resulting mass at the bottom of our glasses.

Next, set the eggs to boil in salted water. Meanwhile, we cut into small cubes and lay out the next layer.

When preparing a cocktail salad, do not coat the cucumber layer with mayonnaise. It is also not recommended to salt and pepper it. This is due to the fact that the cucumber can give juice and the salad will “flow”.

Boiled eggs should be cooled, peeled and grated on a coarse grater. After filling with mayonnaise, place the next layer in glasses.

Finely chop the tomatoes and place them on the eggs in the next layer.

Grind 2/3 of the cheese on a coarse grater and distribute over the tomatoes. Pour mayonnaise over the top layer.

As you already understand, our table today is clearly international, designed to suit the taste preferences of the most discerning gourmets. For example, here is a great recipe from sunny Italy. To prepare this salad, boil 500 g of spaghetti or other pasta in salted water. Place them in a colander, rinse with water, and let drain. Dice 2 large carrots, 50 g celery root and 150 g mushrooms. Boil water in a saucepan, pour in a few tablespoons of vegetable oil, add a pinch of salt and add chopped food. Boil until tender, strain, cool. Separately, pour into a bowl 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar (the weakest, can be replaced with a large amount of apple juice), the same amount of vegetable oil, a teaspoon of mustard, salt and ground pepper to taste. Ingredients:

  • Tomatoes – 400g.
  • Apples – 330g.

  • fresh garlic – 3 cloves;
  • apple cider vinegar – 2 g;

  • ground pepper and salt - to taste;
  • ham – 200 g;
  • tomatoes – 5 pcs.;
  • hard cheese – 150 g.

Cooking steps:

  1. First, the ham is cut lengthwise and then cut into strips or cubes.
  2. Hard cheese is grated on a culinary grater (or simply chopped).

  3. After this, the garlic is peeled, washed, cut and fried in oil (heating the frying pan in advance). It should acquire a light golden hue, which indicates its readiness.
  4. The next step is cutting the pre-washed tomatoes. The core is removed from them in advance.
  5. Last step: in a common bowl, mix chopped ham, chilled garlic, cheese, and tomatoes with vinegar, butter.

For a sharper taste, mix it with garlic cloves passed through a garlic press. It’s not at all difficult to make this sauce yourself if you have fresh homemade eggs. The presentation of the salad is quite simple - mix the chopped products with the sauce and put them in small bowls, sprinkling more croutons and finely chopped herbs on top.     2. The tomatoes are washed under running cold water, the skin is removed, and chopped with a knife.
    3. The ham is cut into small cubes, the cheese is grated and poured into a glass salad bowl.
    4. Then chop the pineapple with a knife and pour it into the same bowl.
    5. I remove the boiled, cooled eggs from their shells and grate them on a coarse grater.
    6. Finely chop the onion and add it to other foods in the salad bowl.
    7. Add some salt to the dish, pour in sour cream and mayonnaise sauce, mix everything with a spoon.

    Pineapple slices can be left to decorate the salad. First, put it in a cold place for half an hour, then serve it to the table.
