Delicious rolls are made with mushrooms. The easiest option is to take store-bought champignons. They require minimal processing. They prepare quickly. So, for the recipe, take one thin wheat roll, 300 g of fresh mushrooms, a little butter, spices, and cheese. Plus any fresh herbs - onions, parsley or dill. And a little mayonnaise. Choose according to your taste - store-bought or homemade sauce.
Rinse the mushrooms. Place on a towel to dry. Cut the champignons into slices one at a time.
