  • starch (potato) – 1 tbsp. l.;
  • fresh garlic – 1 clove;
  • avocado – 1 pc.;
  • lime/lemon juice – 1 tsp;
  • Feta cheese – 130-150 g;
  • black pepper, salt, fresh dill.

Feta cheese can be replaced with cottage cheese or feta cheese.

Step-by-step cooking process

The cooking process includes several stages:

  1. Hard cheese must be processed with a grater with the finest divisions.
  2. Next, add the peeled crushed garlic and all the starch specified in the recipe to the cheese shavings in a large bowl. The ingredients are thoroughly mixed.

  3. The resulting mixture should be placed in small portions using a tablespoon onto a well-heated (but without oil!) dry frying pan. You will need to wait until the cheese melts and you will get some kind of pancakes. However, they should not spread too much in the pan. The cakes should have such a consistency that they can be easily removed from the pan with a spatula.
  4. Next, the cheese pancakes are placed on the bottom of inverted glasses or glasses (depending on how large the tartlets are planned to be). The flatbreads need to be pressed down, the edges crushed and allowed to cool.
  5. Already cold tartlets are removed and filled with filling.
  6. To fill the appetizer, you will need to peel, pit and mash the avocado pulp with a fork. You can immediately beat it in a blender along with Feta cheese.
  7. And the base of the filling is also lemon juice, chopped dill, salt and pepper. If desired, you can add a small amount of crushed garlic to the mixture.

All that remains is to fill the cheese tartlets with filling, decorate them with herbs and/or small tomato slices.

With added avocado filling

Shrimp and avocado are in perfect harmony. The prepared sauce will help make the appetizer tender and tasty. Tartlets with shrimp and avocado look original and will decorate any holiday.

Ingredients:

  • salt;
  • tartlets – 20 pcs.;
  • allspice;
  • lettuce leaves – 2 pcs.;
  • vegetable oil – 2 tbsp. spoons;
  • avocado – 1 pc.;
  • shrimp – 50 pcs.;
  • Worcestershire sauce – 1 tbsp. spoon;
  • boiled shrimp – 320 g;
  • ketchup – 1 tbsp. spoon;
  • mayonnaise – 1 tbsp. spoon.

Preparation:

  1. Pour ketchup into mayonnaise. Add Worcestershire sauce. Pour in vegetable oil. Add salt and sprinkle with allspice. Mix.
  2. Set aside 20 shrimp. Peel, leaving the tails. The rest are completely peeled and chopped.
  3. Chop the lettuce leaves. Chop the avocado. The cubes should be small. Mix with chopped seafood. Pour over the sauce. Mix.
  4. Place salad in tartlets. Place shrimp on top, tails up.

With salmon

An appetizer with the addition of salmon turns out to be very original and festive. Lightly salted fish is used for this.

Ingredients

For the dish you need to take:

  • salmon (lightly salted) – 270-300 g;
  • tartlets – 12-14 pcs.;
  • natural thick yogurt (without sugar and fruit/berry additives) – 3 tbsp. l.;
  • mascarpone – 130-150 g;
  • garlic – 1 clove;
  • fresh dill – ½ bunch;
  • salt.

Step-by-step cooking process

The cooking process includes several stages:

  1. First you need to thoroughly rinse and dry the dill. It is necessary to cut off the hard stems from the greens. Next, its remaining parts are finely chopped and mixed with mascarpone.

  2. Mash the filling ingredients with a fork, then add natural yoghurt to them. Then garlic is added to the mixture. First you will need to remove the husks and pass it through a press.
  3. All that's left to do is fish. Approximately 1/3 of the lightly salted salmon should be chopped into miniature cubes. The resulting pieces are added to the cheese mixture from the steps above. All filling components are thoroughly mixed.
  4. The tartlets are filled with the prepared mixture.

The remaining fish needs to be cut into slices and rolled into small neat “roses”. The resulting delicious “flowers” ​​are used to decorate the tartlets.

Useful tips and tricks

The following tips will help you prepare delicious snacks filled with cheese and garlic in tartlets:

  • It’s most convenient to fill the bases with cheese mass using a special pastry bag (you can also just take a thick bag and cut off a corner);
  • You should choose classic tartlets for treats - without flavorings and with a neutral taste;
  • The dish must be served immediately after preparation, before its base has time to get wet.

Crispy cheese and garlic tartlets cannot be prepared in advance. This is an appetizer in which the filling is placed immediately before serving. If you need to make your task easier before guests arrive, you can mix the filling in advance and then spread it over the bases.
