Step-by-step cooking process
First, prepare homemade mayonnaise to serve with the main dish:
- Mix the mustard with the yolk using a blender, slowly pouring in the olive oil.

To choose the best quality product, pay attention to the composition and appearance of crab sticks:
- The composition should contain as much minced fish as possible. If this is not indicated, look for the word “surimi”, which can mean minced fish. If this word is not indicated, it means that no fish products were used at all in the manufacture of crab sticks.
- The addition of “E” components is permissible in the composition, but they must be permitted. Among these: E171, E450, E320 and E160.
