  • semolina – 1 tbsp;

  • large carrots – 1 piece;
  • eggs – 1 piece;
  • milk – 1/4 cup;
  • vegetable oil – 10 g;
  • breadcrumbs – 12 g;
  • sour cream 15% fat – 10 gr.

The technological process for preparing lush carrot casserole is as follows:

  1. The prepared carrots are washed, peeled and chopped on a fine grater. Then mix with milk and simmer until fully cooked.
  2. Semolina is boiled in hot water until it has the consistency of viscous porridge. Next, it is placed in a cool place to cool.
  3. The cottage cheese is kneaded by hand or ground in a sieve with a large mesh. The mass should be smooth, without lumps.
  4. Raw eggs are ground with sugar in a separate bowl. The egg mixture should be homogeneous, without sugar crystals.
  5. Add semolina porridge, stewed carrots, sugar and eggs to the cottage cheese and mix thoroughly. Cottage cheese and carrots should be evenly distributed in the semi-finished cottage cheese product.
  6. A baking tray or baking dish is greased and sprinkled with breadcrumbs. The curd mixture is distributed over the entire surface of the sheet. Then it is leveled and evenly greased with sour cream.
  7. The oven is heated to a temperature of 250 C and the curd dish is baked. After 20-30 minutes, a golden crust should form on the surface of the lush casserole. It is this that serves as a signal of readiness.
  8. After cooling, the cottage cheese casserole with carrots is ready to eat. It can be served with condensed milk, jam or jam.
