  • potatoes - 2 kg;

Prepare chum salmon. To do this, clean the fish from scales and fins, gut it and remove bones. Cut the fillet into portions.

Grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Onion, previously peeled, cut into half rings.

Cut the potatoes into thin slices and mix with vegetable oil.
