  • 3 cloves of garlic.
  • Cheese – 100 g.
  • Natural lemon juice – 100 g.
  • Chicken egg.
  • Breadcrumbs.

The cutlets are prepared quickly and easily. And even a novice housewife can cope with the recipe.

How to cook

Peel the onion, wash it, cut it into cubes. Pour sunflower oil into a frying pan and heat. Add the onion and cook until golden brown over medium heat, stirring.

Add chopped garlic to the onion. Stir, reduce heat to low.

Wash fresh spinach leaves well, dry with a paper towel, chop and place in a frying pan with the onions and garlic. Stir and fry for just a couple of minutes over medium heat.

  10. Combine raw potatoes with mashed potatoes.
  11. Add a chicken egg.

  • 400 g cold puree;
  • 200 g cheddar cheese;
  • 2 chicken eggs at room temperature;
  • 1 bunch of green onions;
  • bacon or ham.

What spices are best to use? I advise you to arm yourself with nutmeg, white pepper, and Provençal herbs. If you like it spicy, then add cayenne pepper, chili or jalapeno.

Leftover mashed potatoes from yesterday can be used to make more than just regular breakfast or dinner dishes. But also prepare a real dessert - delicious potato donuts. Have you tried it? Correct the situation immediately.

What you will need:

  • 250 g mashed potatoes.
  • 100 g sugar.
  • 200 ml milk.
  • Butter - a couple of softened spoons.
  • Chicken egg.
  • 300 g flour (you may need more or less).
  • Soda - half a teaspoon.

How to cook

Warm the milk to room temperature. Add sugar, mashed potatoes and eggs to it. Mix everything.

Now add the sifted flour one spoon at a time until you get the usual dough for making donuts. Don't forget to add soda (baking powder), cinnamon or ginger to the dough.

  1. Cut the liver into cubes, onion into half rings.
  2. Fry everything in sunflower oil for 7–10 minutes.

    We divide the broccoli into florets; for puree we need small pieces, but at the same time you can use parts of the legs if they are soft and do not have hard fibers. Then blanch in lightly salted water for 4-5 minutes. Grind using a masher or blender; a blender is preferable for this puree. Prepare mashed potatoes or use ready-made ones. Add salt and spices. Mix two types of puree. When serving, sprinkle with grated cheese on a medium grater.

    What you will need:

    • 70 g active dry yeast.
    • 200 g crushed potatoes.
    • 50 ml of warm water.

    Potato muffins

    Many muffins are made with just dough. But in our case, this yummy dish will also have a filling. It is this that will give the dish a special charm and taste.

    What you will need:

    • 800 g mashed potatoes.
    • 200 g grated cheese.
    • 200 g chopped champignons.
    • Chopped green onion.
    • 1 garlic clove, squeezed.
    • 600 g flour.
    • 4 chicken eggs.
    • Soda - half a teaspoon.

    If desired, baking soda can always be replaced with baking powder. We also don't have to add cheese. But the muffins will turn out much tastier with them.

    How to cook

    Fry the mushrooms, onions and garlic until the moisture disappears (6-8 minutes) and add to the potatoes.

    Add eggs, sifted flour (as much as needed) and soda. Salt and pepper if desired. The dough should be quite thick.

    Place the resulting mixture into 12 greased baking pans and smooth out. Bake at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes. Ready-made muffins can be decorated to your taste.

    Stuffed egg rolls

    We can say that these are ordinary pancakes, but not prepared with the usual filling. This means that if you want to surprise your guests, this recipe will come in handy.

    What you will need:

    • 400 g prepared or leftover puree.
    • 50g bacon, finely chopped and cooked.
    • 2 thinly sliced ​​green onions.
    • A pair of chicken eggs.
    • Separately 3 yolks.
    • 50 ml milk.
    • 2 tbsp vegetable oil.
    • Garlic – 1 clove.
    • 2 tbsp flour.
    • 8 cheese sticks.

    Cheese sticks today can be bought in any large store. But if you know the recipe, you can cook them yourself.

    How to cook

    Beat one whole egg with three yolks and add butter, milk and flour successively.

    Add salt and stir.

    Fry the egg rolls like pancakes.

    Combine cooled mashed potatoes, bacon pieces, onions, second egg, and garlic in a large bowl.

    Wrap about 3 tablespoons of the mashed potato mixture around each cheese stick until completely covered (this helps prevent leaks).

    Place the mashed potato and cheese filling in the center of each egg pancake.

    Fold over the sides and wrap tightly.

    Heat the oil and brown each egg roll (4-5 minutes).

    Mashed potatoes as the basis for original dishes: Greek tuber pie

    In addition to potatoes, the dish includes rice and soft dough. Mix 1 egg with 3 tbsp. l. vegetable oil, add flour and knead. Roll the finished elastic dough into a ball and leave for 15-20 minutes. Make mashed potatoes with two glasses of warm milk. Add ¼ cup vegetable oil, 1 cup boiled rice, half a teaspoon of nutmeg and the same amount of dried mint. Salt and pepper to taste.
