  1. Start by preparing the base. Mix yeast, salt and flour in a deep container.

  • sugar – 1 teaspoon;
  • salt – ½ teaspoon.

To prepare the dough you should:

heat 50 milliliters of boiled water to 30 - 40 degrees and pour the yeast with it. Add sugar, 2 tablespoons flour and mix. You will get a kind of semi-liquid mass. Leave it for 15 - 20 minutes in a warm place for the yeast to react. After this, sift the remaining flour and add half to the dough in small portions, kneading constantly. Pour in warm water with salt dissolved in it, olive oil and add flour. Mix the dough.

The secret to getting a good pizza crust is making the right dough. One of the most important steps is to knead it - it must be kneaded very well and knead it for at least 10 - 15 minutes. Only after it becomes homogeneous, elastic and soft can you roll it into a ball and leave it to “rest” for an hour or two, covering it with a clean napkin.

After this time has elapsed, you can prepare the pizza base from the dough. In Italy, a rolling pin is not required for this - the cooks flatten the ball and stretch it with their hands to the required thickness, while maintaining the shape of a circle.

  1. Beat the eggs in a bowl, gradually adding sugar, salt and yeast. Mix the mixture with margarine and warm milk.
  2. Pass the flour through a sieve into a separate container. Add flour in small portions to the liquid base and knead the dough. Leave for a couple of hours in a warm place.
  3. Boil seafood over medium heat in salted water. It's best to do this in separate pans. When ready, pepper and salt the boiled squid, shrimp and mussels. Cut them and mix with tomato sauce.
  4. Roll out the dough into a thin layer, forming a circle shape and sides.
