We need:
- 150 g rye flour
- 200 g wheat
- 50 g + 1 tsp. brown sugar
- 1/2 tbsp. pear juice
- 50 g candied fruits
- 300 g dried fruits (figs, prunes, cherries, dried apricots, raisins)
- 150 g mixed walnuts, cashew hazelnuts, almonds)
- 42 g fresh yeast
- 150 ml warm water
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp each salt, vanillin, cinnamon, nutmeg
- 1 tbsp. orange jam (2 pieces of orange marmalade)
Preparation:
1. We dilute yeast in warm water.
2. Mix sifted wheat and rye flour, add sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, vanillin, egg and mix thoroughly. Pour pear juice and diluted yeast here. Mix thoroughly.
3. Grind dried fruits.
Important: if we use dried dried fruits, then they can be immediately added to the dough, but if dried fruits are used, they need to be soaked for 2 hours in pear juice.
4. Add dried fruits to the dough and mix. Knead the dough with your hands, when it is ready, cover with a towel and leave in a warm place for 30 minutes.
5. In a bread pan, place parchment on the bottom and grease it completely with vegetable oil. We make a loaf from the dough and put it in the mold. Leave for another 15 minutes to rise.
6. Preheat the oven to 175-180 degrees and put the bread in for 65-75 minutes. After 30 minutes of baking, cover the bread with foil and continue baking.
7. Remove the foil from the finished bread, cool for 10 minutes and remove from the pan.
8. Dissolve orange jam in a small amount of water and spread on top of the bread.,
sprinkle with brown sugar and sprinkle with nuts, you can decorate with dried fruits.
Monastery-style quick pumpkin recipe

- Next, you need to separate the finished vegetable from the liquid and transfer it to a separate deep container. After that, add vegetable fat, salt and sugar and beat with a blender until pureed.
- Add soda (slaked in vinegar), all the bulk spices and pre-sifted flour to a bowl with the prepared pumpkin mixture.
- The next step is to intensively mix the ingredients until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
- Using your hands dipped in oil, form balls from the finished dough and place them on a baking sheet pre-lined with parchment. They should be placed at a short distance from each other, taking into account that during the cooking process the cookies will increase in size.
All that remains is to preheat the oven to 180° and send the pieces into it to bake for 17-20 minutes.
How to serve a dish
The resulting liver should be allowed to cool slightly before serving. Then you can put it on a large flat plate and decorate with powdered sugar. Grated chocolate is also suitable for decorating the dessert. You can drop a small portion of strawberry (or any other fruit/berry) jam in the middle of each cookie.

“Golden Sun” is a real pumpkin delicacy for both adults and children. It is also suitable for those who are watching their figure, since 100 grams of baked goods contain only 150 calories.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups wheat flour;

- 2 tablespoons of water;
- 1 kg pumpkin;
- 100 grams of butter;
- 100 grams of sour cream;
- 0.5 teaspoon salt;

- Remove peel and seeds from pumpkin. Chop the vegetable into medium-sized cubes and boil over low heat. Drain the water and leave for a while so that the workpiece has time to cool. After this, the pumpkin pieces must be ground in a blender until pureed.
- Grate cold butter on a coarse grater into a separate container, add flour and salt. Rub the loose consistency with your hands.
- Mix the egg and 2 tablespoons of water in a bowl, then add the mixture to the flour mixture. Knead the dough.
- Wrap the workpiece in cling film and leave in the refrigerator for half an hour.
- Proceed with the filling. To do this, you need to beat the pumpkin puree in a blender at medium speed. Gradually add sour cream, salt, ground cinnamon, nutmeg, egg, granulated sugar and ginger.
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
- Apply oil to parchment paper. Transfer it to a baking dish.
- Carefully roll out the dough slightly wider than the container to form small edges. Spread the pumpkin filling.
- Bake the pie for half an hour.

- The first step is to defrost the semi-finished product according to the instructions on the package. Then the dough sheets will need to be placed on a floured table and rolled out with a rolling pin to the size of a baking dish or baking sheet.
- Apples must be washed, peeled and chopped into small cubes.
- Then place them in a frying pan with heated vegetable fat and fry until soft, gradually pouring sugar into them.
- The lemon zest should be finely chopped and added to the fried product along with cinnamon. Stirring constantly, cook the sweet mixture for another 2-3 minutes over low heat.

You can use any type of flour, cereals, vegetable oil, margarine (if it does not contain animal fats), lean mayonnaise, vegetable cream, soy and coconut milk, vegetables, fruits, berries, mushrooms, dried fruits and nuts, all types of spices, honey, dark chocolate, pine nut milk. In addition to fish, you can eat any seafood during Lent: mussels, squid, shrimp. Pay attention to tofu, unusual vegetable oils (for example, sesame, corn, flaxseed), and unusual spices. Don't forget about sauces and seasonings: balsamic vinegar, soy and fruit sauces will add fullness of flavor to your dishes.

- The resulting mass should be left to “rest” for 20-30 minutes. Then combine with cherries and nuts. The latter will need to be peeled and coarsely chopped.

Delicious dessert for chocolate lovers
Ingredients:
- Coconut milk – 1 cup for batter and ⅕ cup for glaze
- Dark chocolate – 140 g
- Flour – ½ cup
- Cocoa powder – 1 tbsp.
- Sugar – 4 tbsp.
- Walnuts – 75 g.
- Baking powder – 1 tsp.
- Salt - on the tip of a knife

- Orange juice – 200ml
- Semolina – 200g
- Sugar – 200g
- Vegetable oil – 100 ml
