Preparation:

We begin the salad preparation process by preparing the products for cutting. Boil the chicken legs in cold water and then remove them from the bones. Boil the eggs until the yolk hardens and remove the shell. Rinse the potatoes and carrots and boil them in their skins. After cooking, the vegetables need to be cooled and peeled.

Let's move on to cutting products. Cut potatoes, carrots and chicken into cubes. Next, chop the cucumbers and eggs into a smaller cube.

Now mix all the ingredients in a deep plate, add salt, pepper and pour in mayonnaise. Mix everything in the same bowl.

To make boiled eggs easier to clean, you need to rinse them immediately after cooking under running water.

In a saucepan with plenty of water, boil the chicken breast until tender. Add salt and bay leaf to make the meat more flavorful and tender. Let the meat cool. Cut into small cubes.

Now let's wash all the vegetables. We will do this especially carefully with carrots and potatoes. Cook the eggs for ten minutes from the moment the water boils. Then transfer to cold water for 5 minutes. Remove, peel and rinse the prepared eggs. Grind into cubes.

  1. First you need to boil the chicken in slightly salted water, this will take about half an hour.
  2. Then the finished meat should be cut, after removing bones, tendons and skin.
  3. Peel the potatoes and boil in salted water. Next you need to cut it into cubes.
  4. Eggs should be cooked, peeled and also cut into small cubes.
  5. Pickled cucumbers must be cut into a medium-sized cube.

Adding olives to the capital's salad is an unusual solution, but designed for more sophisticated gourmets who prefer a slight bitterness.

  • Chicken fillet – 300 g

Combine the chopped ingredients (except eggs) with salt and mayonnaise. We put lettuce leaves on a plate, put a mixture of ingredients on them and decorate everything with eggs.

Now we salt the future salad. Open a can of peas. We drain the liquid; we don’t need it. Pour the grains directly into the rest of the products. We send mayonnaise after the peas.
